Chuncheon Bears Tourist Hotel

We drove to Chuncheon and stayed in this hotel. The view from the room and the general vicinity outside is very nice. There isn't really anything in walking distance of this hotel, so you have to drive to get around anywhere. If you have a car though, this is certainly a nice place to stay. The lobby is great and the room was clean, though a bit outdated (the walls seem like they could use a refresher). One odd thing is that they have several parking lots with two being farther away. We stayed during the first real freeze of the season and over a weekend. We got back from dinner relatively early, around 7 or so, and there were no parking spots available at all in the main lot. The only spots available were farther away in their other two lots, which wasn't terribly convenient in the freezing cold. If you are prepared for this, it should be no big deal, but just felt it's important to know. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if coming to Chuncheon by car. We got good sleep in the quiet environment.
