The design of the room is great, and the girls at the reception are very nice. The location is also unbeatable.
However, the level of cleaning is very desirable. The reception did mention that they cleaned quickly so we could check-in, but it wouldn't excuse the stains on the bathroom curtain, the condition of the fixtures and the overall smell of the room. The bathroom lacks a freshness feel to it, right now it feels quite stuffy and dark.
There's just not enough attention to detail, which is unfortunate cause it's really an unique hotel. I do hope it gets improved cause I would love to come back.

Right across from the Ascot and Raffles. 20 minutes walk from Hongyadong. Lots of chongqing style food options nearby.

The staff were really friendly and were ready to provide assistance if you required help, whether if it is regarding hotel services or even problems met during the travel.
The location was near to the train station and a convenient drop-off and pick-up point if you are looking at getting a taxi service.

WOWOWOWOOW location could not be better! Directly across from Raffles and the horizontal hotel towr on the waterfront. Bathtub room has an incredible view. Modern, industrial design. Massive bathtub. Soft mattress. Excellent service. My only notes would be to add some towel or robe hooks in the bathroom and to give a tag for the door if you want room service or "do not disturb". Highly recommend. I will stay here if I ever come to Chongqing again.

The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, the language was not a problem and they spoke some English. It would just be important to indicate which metro exit is closest and easiest due to luggage (exit 4). Regarding the room, it was a great stay with a clean room and a stunning view. We will definitely be back.
