Not only beautiful room ,cleanliness or a lot of facilities but good attitude from the staff at the front desk will make your hotel a real 5-star hotel Please staff training about how to welcome the guest ,shouldn't stand in groups, whisper, or look at the guest makes guest feel not good Sometime you may not think like that, but your actions will tell . At breakfast time the women staff were shouting in the kitchen like they were in a fresh market even though it was an open kitchen. The breakfast was terrible. Room price is not cheap i'm willing to paid but Are you really 5-star hotel? It's my first time to disapointed about stay in the hotel . It's not too much cuz i swear everything it really happend to me

Service was excellent. Food was really good. And the spa treatments amazing. There is not much near the hotel but everything is a short taxi ride away.

While we are not located in old town there are several attractions such as Wat Umong (400 meter), Baan Kang Wat (1.2 km) or the University night street food market(800 meter) nearby. A small luxury resort getaway, tasteful & quiet, almost spotless cleanliness. We drive so location is not a problem. Otherwise you may need to think about transportation.

Our hotel has indeed a quiet and relaxing feel especially due to its over 200 year old teak wood buildings that blend in perfectly with the modern rooms. While the hotel is quiet it is located only 400 meters away from the famous Wat Umong and a little more than 1 km away from the must visit craft village "Baan Kang Wat". 我們訂的是2卧室私人泳池住宅，上下兩層，一層有客廳和一個小一些的卧室、獨立衞生間，二層是一個大的卧室和衞生間。私人泳池很小水很淺，小孩兒玩兒一玩兒可以，成人不適合。房間很舒服，沙發床品靠墊等都很舒服，很滿意。酒店員工從前台到餐廳到客房服務，都非常熱情nice，有幾個人還會説比較好的中文，整體感受非常好。酒店早餐非常好吃，雖然種類不是特別多，但是很精緻，尤其是現做的雞蛋類和湯粉類都很好吃。果汁都是鮮榨的，很棒。酒店離清邁大學後門夜市800多米，在一條安靜的小路上，走出小路左轉有最近的一家7-11，大概距離酒店200米。外出可以用grab叫車很方便，自己不擅長操作的話可以讓酒店前台幫忙叫。酒店邊上有一個僧侶禪修的學院，酒店本身也是適合靜修的療養類型。每天有免費的各種課程可以參加。酒店的大游泳池很漂亮，水也比較淺，不適合熱愛游泳鍛鍊的人，拍照曬太陽還不錯。

酒店在一個村子裏麪，一路坐車到酒店的路上，基本沒有什麼感覺，但是當車到達酒店大門，保安大哥熱情的迎接有了賓至如歸的感覺，一進入酒店，感覺進入了一個隱世之所。 餐飲：這次最為滿意的地方，米其林餐廳，早餐自助和點餐形式，午餐和晚餐可以在餐廳用餐，酒店選用的蔬菜都是有機蔬菜，牛排肉質鮮嫩，三天都在酒店用餐沒有一個菜踩雷。 出行：位於素貼山附近，距離藝術村打車10分鐘左右，可以步行10分鐘到烏蒙寺。可以用Grab打車，基本上去的地方都在20塊人民幣左右。酒店每天一點有免費的車，可以去到烏蒙寺，藝術村和寧曼一路。 設施：酒店有一個景色很美的游泳池，不大，但是滿足游泳的需求，還有帶泳池的別墅，裏面有一個小小的泳池，足夠小朋友玩水。 休閑：酒店有按摩，手法嫻熟。每位入住的客人可以免費體驗兩節酒店安排的課程，有流瑜伽、泰式瑜伽、冥想、herb按摩課程這些，每天都有不同的課程安排。
