各方麪條件一般吧，還算乾淨，過一夜而已 比機場酒店安靜。。對面有加油站，門口的路段很容易堵車，趕飛機不建議住這裏

基本上沒有什麼大毛病 正常酒店吧 還算乾淨 停車很方便 工作人員服務態度一般 這種酒店也就這樣了 不建議預訂 謝謝

Lovely refurbished room in the hotel wing. Amazing breakfast and dinner in the bar / restaurant. Friendly staff and no complaints. Just a hint, when you book in ask for a few car park barrier tokens to stop you keep having to ask. Amazing hotel, will continue booking here when visiting family in Chertsey

What a stunning place.. the room was so cosy, it was so warm and snug.
The ambient lighting in the room made it feel so comfortable and i couldn't wait to get into bed, on waking up, you have the view of the river outisde the balcony, it's so picturesque.
The bar and restaurant is next door to the hotel, and is also beautiful with a great a**osphere.
Also the staff are very welcoming, friendly and polite.
There is also a free secure car park next to the hotel.
Will definitely come back again.

Lovely Indian gentleman at Reception - very helpful, professional, friendly. LOVED the room, LOVED the bed, LOVED the bedsheets, utterly comfortable - I needed to escape for 1 night, and this did the trick. I will come back. Thank you 🙏
