Reading all the reviews, I came here to stay with my family, and stayed here comfortably. Food was good. Room was cleaned and upto mark. All staffs are very friendly specially mr. Prabhu, mr. Pritam. are actually at their best at service. mr. Kanchan, housekeeping, ms. Anchal reception, mr. Fredric ***ager, ms. Vinutha restaurant, all are up to the mark for their service.

Overall service was great. I had a stay of 15 days and for those days I was well taken care of. My room felt fresh everyday. Thanks the the housekeeping department. Specially Samy from the team. Very helpful and kind. Overall I had a great experience

The house keeping staff are very helpful and kind. The service was excellent. The buffet food can use some improvement and variety. Employment of people with special needs is a very great initiative and should be appreciated and encouraged. Loved how all the staff know sign language too.

Stayed here for a long stay. The hotel is located at main location.And maintained well. The food is delicious and fresh. Breakfast buffet has ***y varieties. Loved the sambar and idly. Ms. Lakshmi assists well. Thanks to kitchen team for the wonderful food.

Had a good stay Food could have more options after all good experience Every staff was helpful and polite Particularly Lakshmi from f&b dept and nadraj from house keeping and chef navy was a great assistance and very nice . Excellent service

I really like the demeanour of the staffs, very kind and welcoming towards the guest. they always have a smile of their face. Apart from that even the room service everything is really nice. One feedback that i would like to give is to change their breakfast and lunch menu a little frequently. Overall everything is really nice. And a big thank you to #Lakshmi from F&B dept for checking on us all the time and not letting us feel awkward. Enjoyed staying here 🤍
