"Staff is really helpful and polite. Overall great experience. Special thanks to Shivani who was very helpful and always ready to resolve issues proactively. Bobita was quick who helped for smooth chekin and checkout experience. Only issue with the hotel is the color of water which is yellowish in color and hotel infrastructure team really need to fix the issue on permanent basis. Water become transparent after 5 to 10 min . But it's still an issue . Apart from above issue . Rest all is good . As it is very near to intellian tech park so it comfortable from location point of view ."

"I noticed that the 3 different departments operate independently I.e the luggage , the Spa and restaurant.  If all can talk to each other with discounts to customers, will promote customers satisfaction  One young guy from reception , Ravi as signed in my laundry invoice , was not committed to providing satisfactory customer service. Room was allocated basis if you are a single occupant or a couple.  Room allocated from 05-07 Jan was satisfactory, however room allocated for my 09-12 Jan stay was not proper as I had a few problems with respect to aircon , light controls and also the entrance door to the bathroom.  I hope these problems can be addressed for my next stay"
