We stayed for a night and it was our great stay in chennai. Hospitality was good with delicious buffet for breakfast.

1. While reaching hotel require too much time to give rooms. 2. Light is on/off. 3. Mid night a/c got off & no automatic on. 4. Early morning no water coming in hotel for bath & washroom.

Silent and homely location. Food was good and it’s a set menu served to rooms. It was good value for the money. Only failure was foul smell from toilet when it was kept open. Washroom could be cleaned better.

Location is good, food is ok, amenities is good. Staff's attention and cleaning not good at all. Found sider in cutlery wood box in restaurant, worst dosa in morning buffet. Cigarette ash in bathroom, previous customer's gift not cleaned for two days. Need more focus on cleanliness.

1. Great breakfast. 2. Well behaved staff. 3. Quick room service. 4. Old amenities. 5. Rooms are not soundproof. I could hear conversation from my room clearly from outside. 6. Could do better in cleanliness of bath rooms. 7. Could do better in laundry service to properly clean clothes. I saw white spots left on my shirt after receiving from laundry. Probably from the detergent. 8. Could do something about the peculiar smell throughout the hotel.
