Room decor charming but furniture worn - needs a little updating. Beds comfortable and breakfast decent. Located close to the central square of the old city hence close proximity to shopping & restaurants. Staff polite and friendly. A very pleasant accommodation.

Oprecht een slecht hotel. De deuren gingen niet dicht dus ik voelde me totaal niet veilig. Ik heb dit aangegeven en ze zeiden dat er niks beschikbaar was terwijl de kamer naast me mijn gehele verblijf leeg stond. De deur werd niet gemaakt dus ik sliep letterlijk met de deur open. Ik heb me nog nooit zo onveilig gevoeld.

Overall, there is a good hotel. Very clean room, with good hospitality, and the security is great. But this is a small hotel, and don't suppose high expectations for breakfast and a big bedroom.

We stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour group. Located in the Medina, we walked in from the main road, with our suitcases brought to the hotel by private courier. Otherwise, you’d have to drag your suitcase through the Mattie, hilly Medina streets. Our room was small: room for a very firm queen bed, a bureau and 2 straight backed chairs. Others in our group had much larger rooms. Our small windows faced outside, which meant street noise at night and in the early morning (roosters crowing and call to prayer) but this was fairly minor. Others in our group had windows opening into internal hallways. Cute Moroccan decor. Shower took a long time to warm up. Minor adjus**ents were needed as it came up to temperature to avoid a scalding. Water pressure was low and varied by water temperature. Good breakfast options: plain omelettes, goat cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumber (both peeled), Moroccan bread.

Really nice hotel in chefchaouen with a great “cachet” had a great experience. The deco was really nice, but the mattress would definately need a refresh. as a group travel hotel is was perfect, and the location truly is excellent . Breakfast is okay but there would be room for improvement
