Hotel bardzo czysty. Obsługa super. Śniadania niestety pozostawiaja wiele do życzenia. Ale grafitykacja jest super kawa.

Upon arrival, we thought the hotel had been shut down. Broken windows, paint peeling off the building. No prompt on how to enter the building. When checking in, the atmosphere was dark, dull and the place felt abandoned. The room was awful. Nothing close to the pictures. A large room with a brown bed, brown canvas on the wall with Smokey walls. No decorations to make it feel nice - this was an upgraded room. The bathroom smelt terrible, mould & miserable. The pool was closed. The spa was closed. Nothing in walking distance. Told the beach was 25min drive. No restaurants apart from the one on site, looked deserted. We checked out after 5minutes. Asked to see the manager, not available. Had no response to our complaint. Looks like they don’t care as it’s evident they don’t care about this hotel. I would describe it as a 1 star motel of nightmares.

Soulless hotel that markets itself as a resort hotel but when we arrived October 21 the outdoor pool was shut, the indoor pool was not available to hotel guests, we were given a room that was terrible (a so called superior room that looked nothing like the picture on the website and had one chair, limited natural light), various technology that didn’t work, food awful and nothing like the expected levels of a 4 sta venue (supposedly). The hotel has no comfortable seating inside and the bar / restaurant is basic and lacks any kind of atmosphere. The spa has been built in an underground cavernous space that isn’t at all restful. Even finding the hotel required a ridiculously dangerous sharp right turn off a major dual carriageway. Compared with other Italian hotels and venues I have stayed, this was dreadful and not up to standard.

Very friedly staff, comfortable rooms in a wonderful part of Italy. Andrea Romano from front desk was extremely kind and helpful at all times with my demands. Dinner is served by the amazing hotel pool. Food is anything other than sublime. Definitely planning to come back.

The hotel is clean and normal but there is no logic. First of all, I am sorry for the workers in the bar and restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights, and the same staff worked all the time, in the morning and in the evening also. Thats hard! So, there is a pool what you can use only between 10.00 a.m. - 18.00 p.m. I mean, why? If you travel to the downtown for sightseeing, than you cant use the pool in the morning nor in the late afternoon or evening... nonsense. You have to pay more if you want to use the spa. The hotel has a restaurant named "Pizzeria" but there is no pizza at all :D In the second night there was a fire alarm around 2 a.m., but there was no fire anywhere, only the workers suffered something. The staff are nice and helpful.

Ho fatto 2 pernotti business in questa struttura con luci ed ombre. La camera sono comode e molto spaziose. Anche troppo grande per un soggiorno business, la location non è male, una bella piscina e la cucina del ristorante è molto valida, piatti ricchi abbondanti ma cari, un antipasto ed un secondo con acqua 50€ e un insalatona con una frutta 30€. Dicevo che è tutto complicato, il personale è gentile e carino ma secondo me poco efficiente, si nota che manca una guida una direzione. Dicevo e tutto complicato .. è complicato prenotare, è complicato fare il check-in, è complicato comunicare con mail, è complicato cambiare un piatto al ristorante … insomma non c’è attenzione al cliente. Poi il personale di sala va in cucina e si sente litigare di continuo, i receptionist assieme al altro personale vengono a prendere la colazione al buffet .. ai prezzi che chiedono non va bene! Direttore se sei presente batti un colpo ..

Assolutamente un disastro . Prenotato mesi fa per una piccola vacanza che comincia stasera. Mi arriva una mail adesso che la prenotazione è stata cancellata. Non si sono neanche degnati di chiamare. MAI PIÙ. Mai avuto un servizio simile prima

Accoglienza nella media. Camere ampie e spaziose, molto luminose. Ho dato 3 su 5 per la scarsa pulizia: per puro caso abbiamo aperto uno dei cassetti della scrivania e ...(😱) molliche e sporcizia indescrivibile (ho lasciato volutamente il cassetto aperto alla partenza ... A buon intenditore) ... Idem sotto il divano letto, polvere accumulata da tempo!!! Colazione molto buona e cameriera in sala super veloce e gentilissima.

In viaggio a Catania con due colleghi. Prenotazione all’hotel effettuata 3 settimane prima della data ed andata a buon fine. Hotel oggi ci comunica di non avere camere e non ci garantisce riprotezione in altro hotel! Pessimo trattamento!!!!!!!!!!!!

Molto pulito, stanza veramente ampia. Tutti i confort. Colazione molto varia, dalla frutta al salato, abbondante. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro velocemente e facilmente in auto. Personale attento e gentile. Insomma un piacevole esperienza.
