Absolutely stunning and private Japanese style hotel. Clean, friendly staff, ocean front views from every window, private onsen, public onsen, great food. Sea breeze, birds chirping, I actually felt sad leaving. No hesitation to recommend to any traveler looking for a tranquil Japanese experience.

Neither trip.com nor the hotel informed us beforehand that there would not be cleaning included for the duration of our stay. We had to put our used towels, bathrobes and rubbish bins outside the room for them to change. It would have cost JPY 5000 for each cleaning. Should this be labelled an airbnb instead? Also, trip.com did not indicate that additional charges had to be paid again for a child until after booking (the selected room for 3 was already more expensive than the room for 2). Requests to trip.com customer service staff were abysmal and could not address the enquiry. Service was decent and most were friendly to the child. Breakfast was also decent although it was 2x japanese and 1x western (no choice). The view from the restaurant was amazing! Blue seas and floor to ceiling glass windows. Onsen and sauna were also serviceable. Good proximity to onna beach and aquarium compared to naha. Good overall except for the hidden charges (and no cleaning!) which spoilt the overall experience. Not sure if we would stay again, and we definitely won't be using trip.com in future.

It’s very rare that a hotel offers a room that accommodates three people, and the provision of this hotel was absolutely generous. The view and the breakfast were beyond impressive as well. Highly recommended!

Room was spacious and had an amazing seaside view. Amenities were clean, well maintained and relatively modern. Staff was very attentive, helpful and courteous at all times! Breakfast had a lot of Japanese elements like rice, natto, seaweed, and fish. It might be a bit of a shock if you're not used or comfortable with different textures and savoury foods for breakfast.

Very clean and well maintained room and public bath. Not a lot if visitors during our visit so we had the public baths to ourselves. The included dinner and breakfast sets were decent but staff were too eager to sell add-ons items. View from room and restaurant was very good, with panoramic view of the beach n sea. Yukata rental was available at the hotel but not during certain time of day

Loved the onsen on premise as well as delicious breakfast. Service was exceptional.

抵達飯店迎賓茶與日式小點暖暖胃， 一進門兩張日式床墊， 映入眼簾的是一大片海、窗戶推開海風吹來， 浴室的浴缸是陶瓷浴缸很是別緻， 館內女湯三溫暖晚上早上獨自包場， 房內的浴池窗戶推開直接與海相望，， 近期很嚮往早晨一起床， 窗外探出去是一大片寧靜海的日式旅店

가족들과 여행햤는데 호텔과 료칸의 장점을 모아놓은 곳 렌터카만 있다면 완벽한 숙소 밥도 맛있고 직원븐들도 친절하세요 다음에 오키나와 와도 오고 싶은 곳

酒店非常日式，服務也還不錯，包含的早餐比較豐盛（有魚 有蔬菜 有納豆），餐廳的景色也很美，房間設施齊全（護膚品、洗漱用品、睡衣都有），還贈送了四罐飲品，就是暖氣有點太乾燥了。性價比高，推薦！

고즈넉한 분위기와 친절함. 편안함에 홀딱 반해버린 숙소였습니다. 주변에 편의점이나 식당이 없어 차를 타고 나가야하는 단점이 있었지만 다른 부분들이 너무 좋아서 그런 불편함은 감수할수있던것 같습니다. 무엇보다 욕실이 아주 아주 커서 사용이 편했고. 잠옷. 수건 모두 매일 넉넉히 준비해주셔서 편하게 사용했습니다. 조식도 너무 정갈하고 예쁘게 차려주셔서 감동~ 하지만 음식이 조금 많이 짜다는건 참고하셔야할듯해요. 일본이니까 그러려니 하고 먹긴했어요~ 식당안에 있는 와플기계는 아이들이 아주 좋아할것같아요~^^ 조용한 숙소를 찾는 분들에게는 아주 좋은 호텔이 될것같아요
