I traveled with my husband to Cartagena with the idea of getting to know the City and from many hotels in the Historic District we chose Casa Din Sancho . We could not be more happy with our choice. This hotel is a house and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable without loosing the charm of the times when the house was built. Breakfast and included and what a breakfast!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made us feel at home all the time and made sure to fulfill every single request that we made . We are planning to comeback in November again and we can’t wait. Highly recommended you won’t regret it.

We spend four days in this wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Cartagena and we loved every moment of it. You immediately notice the attention to detail with which the owner has furnished and curated her house. It feels like being at home with friends. Breakfast is served together with other guests at a large, beautiful table - just like in another era. The housekeeping is excellent and very attentive. We will be back for sure.

Amazing hotel and staff!!! This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would go back if ever in Cartagena. Delightful complimentary breakfast, perfect ambiance, stylish decor and very clean. The team paid attention to all our request and anticipated our needs. This hotel is a 5 star property with a professional team. We had a wonderful stay!

This is a small boutique hotel with six very spacious and elegant double rooms. It functions like a house with a lovely library, living room, and dining room for guests. In addition, there are small sitting rooms on every floor and a gorgeous terrace with views of Cartagena. The hotel has a Chef who can cook for you or prepare “tapas” as desired. It’s a wonderful place to stay and rest after tours of Cartagena. I recommend it highly!

We absolutely loved this place! The design was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the rooms were sophisticated and stylish. The vibe is refined relaxation which was perfect after days out. A very nice hot breakfast is included in the relaxing "main room" with a gorgeous area for hosting a big dinner. Inviting rooftop and sitting nooks throughout the property. Really a quiet gem in the Old Town. Highly recommend and we will be back.

I’m an elite member with one of the top hotel chains and generally get top tier service - this hotel, as a regular guest blows the service I’ve got elsewhere out of the water. A true boutique hotel experience. First note. When you do find the correct address, use the large door knocker to be key in. From there you are truly made to feel special. You’re lead to a climate co trolled sitting area where you check in experience happens behind the scenes while you are given a welcome drink. By time you’ve finished that drink you are taken to your assigned room with a key and well taken care of. Evening turn down service each evening. Amazing clean and beautiful room. It’s a real oasis in the historic center of Cartagena — and I’ve spent a lot of time here over the years and wish I’d known about this sooner. On a practical note. Great hot water, lovely comfortable bed, strong reliable wifi

Cartagena es una ciudad a la que podría ir una y mil veces y en ninguna de estas visitas me cansaría de estar allí. Sin embargo la experiencia se puede elevar y eso precisamente es los ue te brinda Casa Son Sancho, una experiencia elevada tanto en atención, lujo y cuidado de los detalles. El personal de servicio hacer que realmente no te sientas como un huésped sino como un miembro mas de la familia. Con la decoración impoluta y flawless de Pinto y bajo la operación de Amparo, todas las residencias de Mustique son excepcionales.

Hoy es mi último día en Casa Don Sancho y ha sido una experiencia genial. Me gustó la atención de las personas que trabajan aquí, la amabilidad, el profesionalismo y la calidez. Kelly fue la persona que nos ayudó con el check in, es una excelente anfitriona. La limpieza en el hotel es impecable. La comida es deliciosa y el servicio de los meseros es muy bueno, incluso hablan varios idiomas y están muy bien preparados. De verdad este hotel hizo toda la diferencia en mi experiencia en Cartagena y espero que sigan creciendo y ofreciendo este tipo de servicios. La terraza del hotel es bella, con una vista hermosa a la punta de la catedral, el clima estaba perfecto y nos sentamos con mi novio las dos noches a hablar y fumar en medio de la privacidad. Es un hotel perfecto para parejas o grupo de amigos.
