Lovely situated Hotel just one street away from hustle and bustle of Carlisle Centre. Staff are friendly rooms are spotless, highly recommend staying there

Last two nights of my stay were horrible the noise from other guests was that bad i didnt stay the last night i just left and found alternative hotel i would recommend this hotel for young people that dont mind noise and partying from homeless people that were giving a bed for the night.

Very good for the price charged but suffers from architectural floors or the position of the building opposite combined with the Travelodge building producing a wind tunnel which makes a constant booming sound as if there is a gale blowing outside if there is an average wind blowing outside.

We did a walk in breakfast on 23rd November , 3 of us, lovely cooked breakfast, hot drinks machine was easy to use, a lot of choice for cereal , would highly recommend, was 2 staff on Michelle was very helpful and polite also a lady with a geordie accent think she was called Gemma both lovely and very helpful
