Stayed there for a couple of days as we went to see a concert in Carcassonne and it was reasonably priced. Great location only a stroll from the medieval city and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stop here again if we return to Carcassonne

Such an incredibly helpful man on reception who went out of his way to help us when our return flight was cancelled just after we arrived. We weren't able to use our booking, having to go to Toulouse for our rearranged flight, so not able to review the actual hotel, but the location was perfect for the citadel.

This hotel is one of the nearest you can find to the medieval fortress which dominates Carcassonne. It has onsite parking for about a dozen cars. Very helpful reception staff who provided a map of the area which was very useful. There's no bar or restaurant but they direct you to the place opposite which was good enough for us (and they were showing the RWC!).

The room was compact, but had plenty of space for storage. If you pay a little extra you can get a room with a view of the castle. The beds were comfortable. The only thing to bear in mind is that they don't have a lift, they are only on two floors, but if you are unable to do stairs you need to ensure a ground floor room. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent small hotel within easy reach of Medieval and old Cities. Wonderful helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast excellent value and standard- gluten free options, decaffeinated coffee and cherry jam. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Will definitely revisit.

the hotel is extremely well located, at the foot of the old citadel, just minutes away from its main entrance... yet crossing the bridge to the old town takes also only a short walk; other valuable perks for me, as a solo biker on a road trip, are the superb breakfast spread, a room with a view and a safe underground garage for parking my motorbike; the hotel personnel is very friendly and efficient, always ready to suggest activities or draw itineraries, all supported by an informative chat, free maps and brochures... had planned to be here for one night, but decided to extend the duration of my stay... definitely recommended!

I stayed with group of seven friends on a motorbike tour. Check-in was efficient and service was friendly. The hotel itself was comfortable but the rooms were very small, and the bathroom was tiny. The hotel breakfast was fine.

Das Hotel liegt unterhalb der bekannten Altstadt. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. - Freundlicher Empfang. - Das Zimmer eher klein, schwierig mit großem Koffer. - Zimmer aber sauber + gepflegt. Gute Dusche, aber auch eher klein. Gute Betten.

Posizione ottimale, a due minuti due a piedi dalla Carcassonne medievale. Staff professionale, parcheggio ampio gratuito e garage a pagamento opzionale (hotel quindi biker friendly). Adatto come riferimento per visitare la città. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto. Reception aperta 24/24, un valore aggiunto. Camera effettivamente piccola: se si arriva a Carcassonne è per visitare la Cite medievale e non per stare in albergo, ok, ma qualche accorgimento in più (esempio ganci alle pareti o mensole) potrebbe essere d'aiuto per sfruttare al meglio gli spazi. Pulizia sufficiente.
