I booked two single beds and two sofa beds, but the apartment they provided only had a double bed and a sofa bed. I had no choice but to book another single room, which was very disappointing.

The room is a bit old, but it's clean and quiet. I only stayed there for one night and felt that I had a good rest. The uncle at the front desk was very nice and patient, thank him very much!

The + the very generous breakfast Warm and dynamic morning staff The hotel does not look inviting at first but it is clean. The - we had to pay 10€ extra for parking while it is written everywhere on the internet that parking is free The room is very small, you can only sleep and the bathroom is small and not very young. Very poorly soundproofed, you can hear people talking in the rooms opposite.

Barry and Isma made my stay the best one in Cannes. They are very helpful and paying attention to details all the time. Definitely, the best of this accommodation it is the staff. On top of that, It is super well located, close to city center and train station. You can go walking from here to everywhere. The common area they have it is super comfortable and also the garden. I recommend this option in Cannes 100%

This hotel isn’t in the centre but it’s so easy to walk in and out from, we did it no problem. We arrived and parked the car in a secure parking,the whole neighbourhood is very safe and secure. The owner was beyond helpful- so friendly and wanting to welcome. He does a brilliant job. The hotel is a budget hotel but has everything you need. Comfortable beds, working shower, is clean, has shutters for cooling, refreshments provided. No issues at all. Very happy to have stayed here for the night we did. Lots of entertainment in the hotel. Loved it, thankyou

To avoid.. a stopover in Cannes for the holiday trip, we took this hotel for the price and the good reviews but.. the room was poorly soundproofed, dirty curtains, hair under the sheets, and the horrible mattress, the bedding must be 30 years old… The establishment should be rejuvenated and the mattresses changed. The gentleman at reception, very kind and pleasant, nothing to say.

War alleine unterwgs und brauchte ein Zimmer für 1 Nacht auf meiner Durchreise. Preis-Leitung war unschlagbar. Das Zimmer war herzlich eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Im Preis inbegriffen war ein geschützter Parkplatz im Innenhof des Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freunlich, es war als ob man bei Freunden zuhause eingeladen ist. Jederzeit wider.

Très bon accueil aussi bien par les employés que le patron. Parking inclus et facile d'accès. En 10 minutes nous sommes dans le centre ville en allant à pied. Hôtel très propre, très bon rapport qualité prix

Hotel in una buona posizione, centro raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Pulito. Camera con aria condizionata, poco spaziosa ma a noi serviva solo per una notte, quindi perfetta. Balcone spazioso e arredato con tavolino, sedie e tenda da sole. Parcheggio interno comodissimo. Senza ascensore (ma viene indicato chiaramente nella descrizione, non è una sorpresa). Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Hotel al centro di Cannes, si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 10 minuti dalla stazione del treno, vicinissimo alla spiaggia della croisette e al palazzo del festival, accoglienza al top, i ragazzi della reception sono stati disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza, camera pulita ed essenziale, aria condizionata e TV, doccia... Spero di tornarci e lo consiglio!

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti presso questo hotel. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che erano in overbooking e ci hanno sistemato in un appartamento bilocale nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel. PRO: - prezzo molto contenuto - posizione comoda al centro (5 minuti a piedi) - personale cortese e disponibile - parcheggio auto incluso nel prezzo (disponibilità a poter parcheggiare l'auto prima del check-in e dopo il check-out) CONTRO: - l'appartamento in cui siamo stati sistemati era al secondo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo che necessiterebbe di importanti lavori di ristrutturazione, cosi come l'appartamento, adibito alla bella e meglio ad essere affittato, mobili economici e di recupero, ristrutturazione sommaria... - la pulizia dell'appartamento era insufficiente, balcone e poltrona sul balcone piena di escrementi di uccelli, molta polvere in casa e poca cura. - letto e cuscini poco comodi - wi-fi non funzionante - mancanza di asciugacapelli - solo 1 presa vicino al letto matrimoniale. - non hanno rifatto la stanza da un giorno all'altro - lampadario della camera da letto non funzionare - vasca da bagno senza tenda e senza gancio per doccino (molto scomodo e bagno allagato) Nel complesso dò una valutazione appena sufficiente, sicuramente però non un ci ha lasciato un ottimo ricordo per le molte criticità elencate.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour ce petit hôtel. Chambre très propre et confortable. Parking privé inclus dans le prix. A moins de 10 mn à pieds de la Croisette, dans un quartier simple dans lequel on ne se sent pas en insécurité. Accueil très chaleureux des employés et du patron. Je recommande cet hôtel.
