We had a pretty bad experience with our stay at Wyndham Cancun. Water was leaking in the room. Shower planner was broken and draining yellow color water. Overall experience is bad but the property is really good. This was an unfortunate experience.

We had an amazing days at Wyndham Grand Cancun. The amenities were amazing , food at La vista was fantastic, helpful and attentive staffs. Beach was not swimmable due to the strong wind but they have different pools and jacuzzi to choose from.

總體還可以。工作人員很熱情，前台女員工服務需要加強培訓。泳池邊有一些設施需要額外付費，商業模式挺重的，有的餐廳需要提前預訂，還經常約不到，自助餐食物每天都一樣，需要改進。 自然景觀大海確實很美，我們八月中旬去的，幸運的看到了海龜上岸產*，酒店工作人員還把已經孵化出來的小海龜分給小朋友們集體放生，這個挺有意義的。

El hotel es viejo y a pesar de que lo remodelaron recientemente se nota. La.playa es muy bonita y tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo el punto más débil es la comida, tienen pocas opciones, la calidad es baja y obtener reservación en temporada alta es muy difícil. El.servicio también es deficiente.
