I paid in advance, but when I got to the hotel, they said I hadn't paid and needed to pay again. Then Ctrip refunded me and I paid again on the spot. This was a very bad experience.

Absolutely outrageous!! We booked the room as normal via Trip.com. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we had to cancel the booking and pay on site. We were then shown the room, but in the room we were told that the price was more than twice as expensive, which we did not accept. We were then thrown out of the hotel

The room was nice and the location was great. Very close to the bus station. It is not far from the R1 and R2 bus stations. Very good value for money. Worth recommending. Breakfast is a bit poor, acceptable.

Terrible, primero que nada no me facturaron, lo que hará que pierda el dinero que invertí, la piscina no funcionaba, el disque desayuno era un café, con dos rebanadas de pan tostado y seis rodajas muy pequeñas de fruta, una verdadera miseria, no lo recomiendo absolutamente, en esa zona existen muchos hoteles que son mucho mejores que esté, una basura realmente. Mucho cuidado, no se dejen engañar por la falsa publicidad.
