Super nice and cozy room, however its supposed to run as Airbnb not a Hotel, you wont get cleaning services during your stay, water for the first day even and the communication to access on checkin is troublesome-like airbnb. - Checkin/out: They didnt send the checkin information in advance, and expecting you to write them an email to get it (when you dont expect to do so for a hotel-services) - same on checkout. Hope they received the email I sent via trip.com - Room type: The room isn’t the same as in the room photo when you booked, its another one. The one we stayed has no sofa and balcony. - No water even on the first day, cook yourself by using the kettle or drink from tap (which not recommended in portugal) - Cleaning: The room is clean and niche, but dont expect any cleaning services during the whole stay. - Noise from the street: mostly day and night as its in very central walking street.

Good location and local to main high street with lots of cafes and restaurants - new decor and friendly service with daily cleaning (just remember to put the sign to clean) Location is centre of all the key attractions and amenities so easy for you to walk around to all areas Lots of space with kitchen to cook if needed Overall great stay and will come back!

The apartment is new，the lady who works there asked me to buy a SIM card for calling them when required . however, they’ve never picked up my phone call. The electric stove was slowly to heat the pan.

Все отлично. Очень красивый номер, расположено очень удобно, пр этом даже в новогоднюю ночь было тихо. немного неудобно, что код от двери до заселения не присылают, и нужно звонить на телефон на ресепшн, а не у всех есть возможность и желание в роуминге звонить.

Великолепный отель в самом центре! Куда угодно можно добраться за 10-20 минут пешком. Если нужно, метро в 5 минутах. До аэропорта тоже удобно добираться от отеля. Номер новый красивый современный свежий просторный, вид на уютную живую пешеходную улицу с кафе и магазинами. Есть все: кондиционер,тв,вайфай,чайник,микроволновка,кофемашина,фен. Кровать удобная, одеяло теплое. Все было чудно! Были бы тапочки и халаты в номере, было бы идеально. Еще немного прохладно в номере.

My parents had stayed with My Story chain in the pass and spoke highly of them, so I was confident to book Porto/Lisbon with this hotel chain. I was scheduled to stay in this hotel from April 29-May 2, due to unexpected power outage in Portugal/Spain and parts France, my flight to Portugal was cancelled. I couldn't make it to Porto and I emailed the hotel right away. Unfortunately, my rescheduled flight only allowed for a short visit to Lisbon from May 2 to salvage what I could from my vacation. When I emailed Paula Pereira to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, she replied, I will be charged for 1 night. I asked if the charge could be applied towards my stay at Hotel Augusta(sister hotel in Lisbon that is also part of the same chain), I did not get a response. I understand there are policies, but this was an extreme situation beyond my control. I had hoped that they would have been empathetic but I was left feeling disappointed. I hope that they would still reach out.

I have never seen such a super combination of location & service apartments, this was even better than a hotel, the best location of porto, with the best apartments, decor, service staff, a good in room deck, and a beautiful complementary wine. The lady at service was polite and humble. The best ever apartment experience.

Perfect location on Rua de Santa Catarina. Upon arrival, I phoned the number given and a representative (Sophia) opened the door moments later and welcomed us. Although the exterior of the building is old, the interior is all new. All floors can be accessed by lift/elevator. We had apartment 3B which is one of the two apartments with a balcony overlooking Santa Catarina (the other apartment is 3A). Our view was directly towards Grande Hotel do Porto which was actually our initial choice, but was fully booked. The apartment has free WiFi, a kitchen with all that you would expect, including a coffee machine with capsules included, bathroom with walk-in-shower including all toiletries, flat screen TV, sofa and a good sized bed. A supermarket is about 5 minutes walk away, handy for purchasing breakfast items or a nice bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The waterfront area is walkable (maybe 20 minutes) but a taxi may be the wise choice. The Café Majestic is also only a few minutes walk away but seems to be on every tourists list of things to do, so can be busy, especially in the morning. Best to wait until late afternoon/early evening before visiting; it is surprisingly expensive.

Very clean. Located downtown in the shopping area. We weren't there to shop; required some walking to get to the river and historic sites. Nice to have the space of the apartment and to cook some meals. Staff were helpful with booking taxis and requests. Make sure they know your arrival time.

After 2 weeks in beautiful hotels in Portugal this might be my favorite! Santa Catarina is a busy street during the day but quiet at night. I would recommend the apartment with the patios. So much space and everything is new and clean lines. We ran to the grocery store for breakfast supplies and that gave us more of what we wanted. Many restaurants nearby. They do clean everyday if you want. They do a wonderful job here.
