Comfortable stay with good facilities for kids. Service was excellent with warm touch. Request for some tools for art and craft for kids and was sent to room in fast speed. Counter service was polite and friendly assisting us to get early check in when my friend was feeling unwell. Thumb up for the hotel team. Special thanks to Robin who lead the team to assist us with the special needs during the stay!

Had an amazing experience and stay in Foshan at the Home2 Suites by Hilton, the front office staff were exceptional in helping me out with directions and information of the area. Good family hotel. Cindy Chan of Front Office is very helpful and the hygiene of the room is excellent.

來南海蔘觀大地藝術節在此歇腳一晚，入住當天早上已接到前台Ada來電主動詢問客人要求，得悉屬3位家人入住後更主動幫忙申請追加贈送了一位早餐，到店後沙發床也已打開鋪好，就憑這份主動熱情的服務外加新酒店合符預期的硬件配備，必須先給一個全五星好評了；稍稍打臉攜程金鑽的，是訂房標明的餐飲8.8折實際並未兑現，其實扣除套餐外的加菜也就可能是十來塊的折扣，餐廳出品本來也還可以，只是相較一眾競品酒店通常會用住客特別折扣來吸引旅客留店用餐的招數，反差有點大了。

設施：很棒，房間的隱藏洗手盆加分 化粧鏡，暖風，傢俱，配色都好 牆上的中西風格混搭掛畫很有想法！ 衞生：優秀 環境：大堂舒適有格調，早餐沒來得及吃下次評 服務：cindy很好貼心温暖

總體感覺很好，房間比較新，而且佈局我很喜歡。功能區也很多，連微波爐、碗筷等生活用品都有，還有一個小書桌很有生活氣息。 也感謝前台Chloe，為我們特別安排了高層和遠離電梯的位置，房間很安靜，遮光效果也很好。

性價比超高的酒店～從入住條件、餐食、出行方便程度都十分之滿意！恰好是淡季還免費升級了房型，條件更加愜意，工作台和生活區域都劃分合理。 服務：尤其是前台服務人cindy cen，雖然沒有接觸兩次，便能清晰記得客人是房間號，和姓氏，讓人倍感親切，且能及時有效的處理問題，超讚。 早餐該有的基本都有，4層的早茶也很經濟實惠，量很大也好吃～😋

打開房門眼前一亮，佈局温馨、典雅、舒適。配有小飲機可以燒小瓶裝水，小廚房有微波爐，衞生間大還有智能馬桶，潔凈衞生，服務又好，給前台Ada點贊，體驗感超好。3、4樓有中餐廳，不出大樓就能享美食，自助早餐也足夠享用。

價錢雖然比較貴，但無論地點、環境、衛生和服務都是同區最優質。 前台服務人員Chole很熱情，check in 時可以加前台入微信，有需要就透過微信或用內線電話聯繫就可以。

お部屋はとても清潔で快適、スタッフの親切な対応が印象的でした。食事も美味しく、立地条件も素晴らしく、また訪れたいと思えるホテルでした。
