Hotel yang bagus, lokasi yang tenang dan masih dekat dengan pusat kota. Staf yang sangat ramah, kamar sangat bersih dan modern. Akan memesan hotel lagi kapan saja :-)

Nice 4 star located away from the mayhem of ubud centre. Decent rooms and very nice bathroom and overall very good vibe. Breakfast is good, though they did seem a little short staffed at times. Overall staff very nice and helpful. The decking could do with updating. Other than that all good.

It’s a nice cozy hotel. Room was quite spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. Good and well maintained property just 15 minutes walk from Ubud center with access to nearly all amenities. Breakfast was good and extra advantage of a small restaurant right opposite to the hotel.

We loved staying here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean. The hotel offers many extras, including a free shuttle bus to and from the local markets. I highly recommend staying here ❤️

It’s ok for me but loooks little small

Not at centralised location quite far from airport. There’s a nice restaurant opposite that serves good food

Hotel was very clean. Service was Exceptional From Anggun(Puji) When checked in. Comfy mattress Shower Hot water consistent Swimming pool large and clean...used for lap swimming. Shuttle service to Ubud market every 2 hours 2 bottles of large water provided by Hotel Breakfast is good and has variety Opposite hotel convenient store and money exchange Team Member Provided Excellent Services Gede, Bayu Front desk, driver Breakfast..Arya the best, Gung wah, Trisna, Hendry, Marlo.

This place was amazing!! Spent 5 nights here and didn’t want to leave. So clean. Only bugs in the room are some rogue ants but nothing more than that which I was so pleased about (I hate bugs and lizards etc). They provided water, toiletries, towels, bed robes, slippers. Also had a mini fridge and kettle. I also have coeliac disease and the restaurant took immense care of my breakfast and dinner everyday. I had a fabulous time!! Shout out to: Ika Chef Kitchen team Dava Karisna Thank you all so much!! Oh we also rented a moped from opposite the hotel for 125k a day. Lastly, the hotel was close to everything (with transport) and also had a wonderfully clean pool. Wi-Fi was amazingly fast and stable for remote work. They also had extra amenities (for no extra cost) like welcome drinks, a shuttle into ubud centre, afternoon tea from 3-5pm, electric scooter and bicycle borrowing!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth and provided necessary information. Welcome drink was provided Poolside view room was great. Thank you for the honeymoon decoration, we appreciate the gesture. Room was clean with thoughtful amenities such as umbrell and  bamboo holder to dry clothes a the  balcony. Bed was comfortable and thoughtful with soft and hard pillow per person. There was small pillow as well. Washroom amenities weres good. Necessary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and  body lotion were provided and were decent. Toothbrush, shaver was decent too. They even provided sewing kit which was thoughtful. Pool was great. There is area for baby/toddler to play in. Breakfast was fantastic with vegetarian choices, live station (omelette, pan cake, waffles), sausages and variety of breads. We love the choice of providing yogurt, herbal drink and packets of milk. The hotel were thoughtful to cater for children as well. Gym were decent and open until 10pm. Treadmill, cycling and lifting weights. Small mineral bottles and towels were provided. Complimentary afternoon tea from 2-5pm. 3 variety of small bites and changed daily. Detox water and nuts were self service at lobby. Special mention to housekeeping iluh suryantini and Front Office Janu with integrity. I left my debit card and cash (SGD 200 & USD 200) inside Safety box. Janu WhatsApp call and informed about it. I'm touched that both staff were honest which made me want to provide review in trip.com, Google review and TripAdvisor. As I was already travelling to Uluwatu, Janu was able to send missing items to my hotel in Uluwatu. I'm grateful for the gesture as my plans would be spoilt if I had to return to ubud to collect. With such exceptional service, I feel safe staying in Best Western Premier again. The integrity of iluh suryantini has won our hearts, thank you for being honest. We are glad to stay here.

Nice modern buiding, and nice location to enjoy the nature

To be honest lower than expectations especially breakfast. Pancakes and waffles service is available but quality is lower than homemade. Just staying at room is okay but dont expect breakfast
