5th time at this hotel , its my happy place, the rooms have been done out since last time i stopped , they are lovely and look more modern than the orange, we upgraded to a garden room on 2nd night at a good price as previous room was in shade all day, we should have just booked garden room to start with cos we usually do The staff are brilliant. Pablo is such a gent always making sure your ok Receptionist lady cant remember her name is lovely The bar staff so cheerful. Everything in room you need, close to beach and bars and shops I can definitely say we will be back maybe end of season or next year What can i say , nothing to fault

I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about this hotel and the staff. The rooms are clean with good air conditioning, the pool was beautiful and the staff were lovely. Highly highly recommend this place. Good location and my friends and I had a blast ! Thank you very much - it was great !

Hotel was lovely, clean & in a great location. Room was cleaned every second day. I’d advise putting the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned though. Pool area was great too always sun loungers available anytime of the day that we went down. Take note it was early May & not peak season. Location was ideal. Go out the back gate past the pool to get to the beach, shops, restaurants & pubs. If you go out the front to the left of the hotel then, just across the road is a little supermarket & it has a small bakery in it, with fresh bread/rolls etc. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Definitely found somewhere where I will return to time and time again. Already planning next trip. Superb location with access to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to Magaluf for people looking for more adventure. Staff were amazing, so friendly. The resort itself very clean. The staff, you can tell take pride in ensuring they deliver the best service. Special mention to Stiffanie receptionist. (Excuse spelling) she always greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. The rooms had all we needed. Previous mention in reviews about beds being hard, however we found them comfortable and had the best sleep. Cannot wait to return.

I stay at this hotel twice a year and have done for a number of years. It’s very clean and the staff are very helpful, they always have a smile on their face. It convenient for all the shops and restaurants and very close to the beach. There’s a very relaxed a**osphere.

Amazing hotel, very clean and tidy , pool and bar area are amazing and the staff are Brilliant especially Pablo 😀 👏 will be booking again , looking forward to our next stay here.The rooms are lovely and clean and a nice little balcony area to sit and drink .

Was not expecting this hotel to be as lovely as it was!! Had a Junior suite which was amazing ! Very spacious spotlessly clean very MODERN!! Lovely pool and lots of sun loungers , and the pool area wasn't slippery as many are . Our daughter was in a sea view Superior room which was just as lovely but not as big but again spotless and modern !They do have a lovely relaxing area inside which is again Modern and lovely if you just wanted to chill . Not sure about if they is a restaurant for evening meals I think it's only breakfast and snacks . As these are apar**ents it does give you the facility to cook ,but we chose to eat out lots of lovely restaurants nearby . Margarita the manager is absolutely lovely !! Thankyou again Margarita for all your kindness and help .You were amazing . Also the young pool manager was lovely never caught his name but very helpful and friendly Pool bar staff all friendly too . Really pleased I came here as I will definitely be back!! Not one for exploring different places tend to stick with what I know but so happy I did .Absolutely lovely hotel Margarita and staff doing a great job there !Excited to return .

Staff are excellent. Really friendly, can’t do enough for you. 💙 Location is perfect. Reasonably quiet with Magaluf a 10 min walk to the right & some karaoke bars 10 mins to the left if you want it. Ask for a pool/sea view rather than a street view!! Rooms are clean. Several lifts but also stairs. Luggage room available. Table tennis. Gym. Nice big pool. Second time here and we will come back! Special mention to Joseph, Paolo & the bar staff who are fantastic. The reception staff are wonderful also.

Very clean little apar**ents within a large complex. Microwave, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, pots, pans and all cutlery etc in room. Hairdryer in room. Balcony a good size with hanging rail. Pool clean. Gym avaliable. Lifts all functional. Communal areas well presented and clean. Staff very pleasant.
