Ulasan Hotel 11, Mod A Sonesta Collection

Location is near the airport but you have to book for pickup/drop off first. Services are just fine. They do provide shaver but not for free. This is quite surprising.

The hotel itself was nice and is located close to the airport which was convenient for my purposes. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable and that was important to me as I only stayed there a handful of hours to catch some sleep before catching a delayed connection. The only thing I didn't like was that after using the taxi to get to the airport, which the front desk person kindly called, I was informed that I should have been given a voucher because the shuttle service at the hotel was down due to the cold and the vehicle they use not working properly, which I wasn't given. As such I paid for the taxi out of pocket ($15) which isn't a big deal but comes across as being a bit cheap. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the price was great on Trip.com and overall it was quite a pleasant stay and experience.

Complimentary shuttle from and to the airport. Rooms are clean and good for a night’s stay before heading to the airport.

The hotel is clean and close to the airport. The free airport shuttle leaves every hour from the lobby which us super convenient

The room was alright. I booked the room because it was an airport hotel and advertised free shuttle with room. Stupid me assumed free shuttle meant parking of some kind would be available THERE IS NO LONG TERM PARKING AT THIS HOTEL

A very beautiful hotel, very clean, the front desk was great... there is a free shuttle to the airport which I told them that I needed and at 6:00am the shuttle was on time. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to travel to the airport. I will for sure book there again when I come back to Calgary.

very conveniently located near the airport, clean and quiet. Restaurant closes a bit early for my taste but may be ok for others, no room service past 10pm

I booked with this hotel because it had a hotel shuttle. What they didn’t tell when I called to inquire about long term parking, the price and shuttle, is that I had to reserve a parking space!!! So when we arrive they were all booked up and we had to park at the airport anyways. They should have told me about reservations this when I called about the parking.

Our family came for a little weekend getaway. The hotel was a very convenient location to shopping outlet and other activities we went to. The hotel was clean and roomy. Very convenient to have access to 24 hr pool and gym, could probably use more equipment in the gym. The only downside was at times since the hotel was super busy parking was not always available on site so we had to park on the road.

The airport shuttle service was great and timely. Check in was fairly quick, but the person who helped me didn't appear to enjoy their job. Love the filtered water by the vending, wish more hotels had this. Room is adequate, pillows were lumpy, bathroom was clean.
