Book at your own risk! Experience racism in this hotel! Better not to book here if your a foreigner. The lady on the breakfast restaurant was really rude to foreigners, they even made us clean up the floor when one slice of kiwi was stepped on by our toddler! I should have reveiwed google before booking here,a lot of guests experienced rude attitudes of employees here

Good location. Walking distance from subway station. The staff are nice & polite. The room is clean also. We have a pleasant stay at the hotel. Will come back again.

Everything is fine only issue is the room size too small. We are two people staying with two large luggage. It causes us moving difficult ☺️

Location is good n Very near underground, room is small for couple , for single ok , the public bath is nice , two Outdoor n one indoor . Overall is acceptable

Bad experience. The hotel requested to pay for late check out. But the hotel didn’t mention it all or remind us to check out on time at the time when we check in for the room. We were late for 30mins for our check out and we were told that we need to pay. It really makes us feel so uncomfortable

Furthermore, all hotels say that the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. This hotel's check-out time is 11:00 a.m. All customers checked out by 11:00 a.m. This customer was the last one to check out at 12:00 p.m. Everyone knows the time. You cannot say that you did not know the check-out time. It is written in the hotel's guide. If you do not know, please check it first. Please ask. It is incorrect to say that he came down 30 minutes late as written here. He came down at 12:00 p.m. It was an hour after the check-out time. Second night room is much better than first night . Higher floor and bigger. No bath tube in the room, which won’t affect the experience. Since the 大浴場 is very nice, who will want bath at own room.

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!
