Fully paid credit card when reach in hotel they asked for payment again when showed them payment records they asked for deposit in credit card I paid them in cash after I check out they refuse to pay back my cash deposit

Located next to Happy Valley. About 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Happy Valley. Cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. She made our stay comfortable. The water pressure in the toilets and showers is a little weak, but not a problem. I would stay there again.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

I do not know why my bathroom smell cigarette in a strong scent. Everything is so so.

Great location if you plan to visit 欢乐谷 or Windows to the World. 5+min walk to the subway, with lots of restaurants and even a Wall Mart in the neighborhood. The hotel staff was very accommodating and even provided an upgrade to one of our rooms so we could check-in at the same time and be on the same floor. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. Will stay there again!

I came to Happy Valley with my friends and chose this hotel. It was a great idea! It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the scenic spot. You can come back to rest at any time when you are tired. Although the room is not big, it is warmly decorated, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and the hygiene is also very clean. There is also a food street downstairs, which is very convenient. The price-performance ratio is super high, and it is recommended to friends who come to play nearby!

The hotel is located farther away than expected, between OCT Station and Window of the World Station. The walk from the subway station to the hotel is quite quiet and dark, with only trees and no shops along the way. The hotel looks old, but the room is clean and tidy.

We booked this hotel because we were going to Shenzhen Happy Valley. It is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to Happy Valley. If there are elderly people, it might be a bit harder. There are McDonald's and Yoshinoya nearby. After playing in Shenzhen Happy Valley, you can go to the nearby shopping mall (I think it is Yitian Holiday Mall) to eat.

Facilities: This is a very old and established hotel. You may ask what is missing in the room, but it is not. The overall facilities are quite complete, but they are all quite old. I still give it a score of 4 because the location of this hotel is so good: it takes less than ten minutes to walk to Happy Valley, and there are all kinds of food outside. It is only a quarter of an hour to go to Window of the World, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The location is really amazing. Service: Good attitude, check-in and check-out are fast, very efficient, and the storage procedure is simple. Hygiene: It is not clean intuitively because it is old, but the hygiene is OK. Environment: There is no decoration in the room, and the area is quite spacious.

The room is clean, the location is excellent, the environment is elegant, the transportation is convenient, it is close to the subway station, and there are many tourist attractions around. The hotel is located in Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town. It is very convenient to go to Happy Valley and Window of the World. You don't need to take a taxi, you can just walk there. The rooms are well-equipped and clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel, and there are many restaurants around, such as Yoshinoya and Pizza Hut.
