+Good room size, clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great and lots of choices for hot food, nice coffe/tea/cake in the lobby everyday - the only down side was that you could hear the noise of other rooms and also from the street

The service is enthusiastic, helping to draw pictures and provide directions, and the recommended tourist attractions and restaurants are reliable; coffee and desserts on the first floor are free. If you're lucky, you'll get free breakfast, which has a wide variety of options. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the Seine River and the Louvre Museum. There is a strong sense of life nearby, with various restaurants, supermarkets, brand stores, etc. There are no hidden costs when booking a hotel on Ctrip, and you can see the bed, room size, etc. This is better than Booking. Like 👍!

It was good to be within walking distance to various places such as Place de la Concorde, the Opera, and the Louvre. However, the check-in procedure took too long, I was concerned about the stains on the sheets and around the water.

Very good value for money. Free minibar is much appreciated.

This is a small city hotel in a central location with many metro stops around for easy access to all of Paris. The area has many restaurants, cafes, shops and hotels. Acadia although the grounds have an unpleasant smell and the rooms are small and not at all modern, the management and staff do everything to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness is second to none, the mattresses are super comfortable, there is free espresso all day and the staff is super friendly.

The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance to the Louvre, the Opera, the Galleria Lafayette and other attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with the cleanliness, the size of the rooms. You have free drinks and sweets at any time va day. Breakfast is good, could be more varied. I recommend the hotel for your stay in Paris!

Excellent hotel. Location is very central. Staff was extremely helpful & polite. No complaints whatsover!!! In all, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Don't know what else to write, just adding characters to make it to the minimum 200 char limit to post a review!!!

The Acadia hotel is super. It has been newly renovated (summer 2024) - the room was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. Also very spacious by Paris standards! The staff were all very friendly. We opted for breakfast which was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Paris.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend stay in Paris. Our room (the triple) was very spacious, and the bathroom was very large. Every room comes with complimentary drinks. We took advantage of the water bottles, bringing them along for our day's adventures. The hotel's location is very central, close to Grands Boulevards station, which offers lines 8 and 9. Getting to the hotel from the airport (ORY) was also very easy and took about 45 minutes via metro. The Louvre is a 20-minute walk away, and there are many amazing restaurants nearby. Another bonus was the complimentary croissants, pain au chocolat, and other treats in the lobby from 2 pm- 2 am every day. The surrounding area felt very safe and all the hotel staff were beyond amazing! The also offer complimentary luggage storage if you need to keep your luggage somewhere before or after your stay, and have a luggage storage room. I will definitely stay here again on another trip to Paris!

We had a lovely, comfortable, and clean room, complete with a free mini bar (yes!). The staff was kind and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was ready before the official check-in time, so they allowed us to check in early. They even surprised us with balloons and macaroons for my daughter's birthday. The location was wonderful as well.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, spotless hotel room after cleaning, good location and price. Rooms felt modern and the hotel is quiet, walls are not thin. The reception was accommodating and they were able to provide a toothbrush for me and other small amenities that I forgot for my stay. Nice complementary mini bar restocked every day, there were also free alcoholic drinks and snacks in the lobby too. Nothing to complain about.

Absolutely perfect location! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The free snack offer was such a nice touch! Our room? Wow! Super comfy, with an amazing bed that ensured a restful night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return.
