Bungalows very dated,bar closes at 10 and you have to pay for plastic cups to finish your drink,bar staff at that time very rude and start locking doors and throw you out, too many loud mouth drunks and nobody says a word to them, we left two days early because they put 8 drunk screeching women in the next apar**ent we were supposed to go back in September but have changed our booking, would never go near this place again

I stayed in bungalow 20 , seriously sub standard. Feels like I had worse one on complex. There was signs of damp in wardrobes and throughout , smells of damp. Worse was the ant invasion, all over kitchen sink area, had to keep everything in fridge. Bathroom was awful, brown stained shower curtain and bath. We an hour of light rain, though water had been spilt on floor, realised it was coming through floor and skirting.. very disappointed with condition of property for price

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried, but we gave it a try. The fixings in the apar**ents are tired, and that much is true, but it was clean and sufficiently equipped. We asked for a coffee maker and got it the next day. The pools were lovely, the loungers were new and the staff was friendly. We paid a very reasonable rate and found it great value.

Lovely place had a brilliant time only went for a few days rooms were dates but had everything you need. Pool bar was excellent great food and plenty of choice of drinks. Staff were so lovely. Especially flow. Hotel was close to a supermarket pubs and plenty of food places to eat or takeaway. About 20 minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely go back

Brilliant hotel very basic but Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Clean enough grounds Pool was absolutely freezing though The elite bar has some good singers on through the day and reasonable price beer Also Zanzibar on the complex it's worth a visit

We stayed in bungalow number 5 avoid at all costs . It’s must be the worse one on the whole complex . The patio looks onto a gravel area a small car park and the main road. The space next to the patio was just a huge ashtray thousands of old cigarette ends obviously not been cleaned for a while. The bungalows around the pool seem to get the best attention re cleaning and maintenance. This bungalow was in an awful state of disrepair kitchen cupboards broken toilet seat broken bed broken wardrobes broken . It was clean and bug free just the state snd it needing a good bit of TLC . Went to reception not really helpful said all was booked up for a move . Lots of empty bungalows around the pool appeared empty . Complex and pool was fine just this room was a bit out of it and with all the recent thefts and room burglaries it didn’t feel the safest.

My bed was broken and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it, so left there early and went somewhere else, cuz I was in so much pain with my back, it wasn’t the cleanliness, they need updating

Stayed for two weeks, bungalow was clean and tidy. Comfy bed and good bathroom. The complex is tired but that is reflected in the price. Housekeeping visited weekly and changed bedding and towels. Had a tv and all that I needed. Fridge, kettle, hob etc. The team on reception were helpful and friendly. I would visit again

On arrival we asked to use the toilet facilities in reception to change and leave luggage etc until our room was ready. The facilities were barricaded off but we were told that we could use them,they were not fit for purpose absolutely disgustingily dirty.The apar**ent was dirty, the electrics looked unsafe, the sofa was stained. All the furniture was old(nothing wrong with that as long as it's clean and it wasn't. The front door wouldn't open fully and didn't lock. So it made myself and my daughter feel vulnerable. Most of the sunbeds around the pool were broken, this encouraged territorial behavior of people putting their towels on sunbeds. Most of the paths around the complex were uneven and dangerous.The pool was nice with a life guard on duty daily. The staff in the Zanzibar were very kind and helpful. The location for the beach was a short walk down a hill (so not suitable for elderly or disabled to walk up). I most certainly will not return and would NEVER recommend anyone having a holiday here.
