Check in very smooth nice touch with fizz or fruity water on arrival . Great location - near beach and shops - lots of sun-beds and space both in the shade and not . Staff really helpful especially the Reception staff - big shout out to Joan , bar staff especially Yaiza who went above and beyond .

Bedrooms.were lovely, food great (better to get there early because it gets cleared away before 9). The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful both in reception and the restaurant Especially Yaiza behind the bar and Joan the night receptionist who went over and beyond to help is when we needed it. Highly recommend!

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2/3. It’s set over 4 buildings, which makes it feel very disjointed, reception and food in one building, the bar and a pool at another building then 2 buildings that overlook them The room was clean and spacious but extremely dated. The aircon may aswel not have worked (I’d dread to be in one of those rooms in the warmer months as it’s only currently 22ish) We travelled with 2 young children so were conscious of the temperature in the bedroom at night, it averaged 25 degrees and that was with the aircon turned on constantly through the night. We found the majority of the food at the buffet inedible and was clearly catered for Germans. We went to the beach during our stay instead of being poolside as it did not seem clean, pigeons sat on the side of the pool, washing, drinking and doing their business. There seemed plenty of sun beds available around the pool that our balcony overlooked, it was in the shade until the afternoon so I think people mainly went over the road to the other pool that was also located next to the bar. Unable to comment on the staff as we ate out most of the time due to the awful food and therefore only saw the reception staff at check in who seemed friendly enough at the time. We were severely disappointed with our stay. If it wasn’t for all of the great restaurants and bars along the waterfront that is only a short walk away, we would have checked out of our hotel a few days earlier and found an alternative place to stay.

Excellent in any aspect. I would definitely recommend this Aparthotel to others. Very kind and helpful staff. Animators were keeping the children busy, almost all day. Rooms are cleaning daily. Good varieties of food and drinks.Short walking distance from the excellent beach. It worth staying there.We will definitely come back soon. Staying at the Hotel Tropicana cala millor. Horrified was how i felt when i seen the variety and standard of food. Breakfast was plastic ham and cheese with scambled eggs that where blue moulded i called the waitress to show her she apologised and that was the end of that.. no manager came to speak to me about it. The food was pathetic all processed crap. Pastries were not fresh fruit was tinned. Ants were crawling round the coffee and drinks despensers. Chicken was overcooked and tastless chips were bags of frozen ones. Never have i seen this bizarre unedible level of food. 3 blocks surround the main entrance was told snacks in the bar from 10.30 am undercooked toasties with rotten fruit in a basket same disgusting coffee depenser and fake cream square buns. Kids could jave a Lolly. How generous. The Hotel boasts of 4 star trea**ent basically the rooms are like self catering apar**ents wifi was woeful clean rooms thankfully. This is my first time away to spain in 7 years and i certainly wont be back. Do spanish people think we live on chips and chicken nuggets??? Its so sad that there isnt a decent restaurant in the town centre believe me we hunted high and low. Substandard to say the least. Would have been equivalent to eating at burger king which we were tempted a few times. Im so disgusted that my holiday was destroyed and the fact that eating out cost us a small fortune after paying all inclusive makes me so angry. Most of the time im easy pleased but the standard of food that greeted us was abysmal. Do not book this place if you like some decent food. I never write reviews but really felt i needed to to alert anyone going here. I hope it helps someone. Spainish hoteliers and restaurant owners need to have a good look at what and who they are catering too. Its a crime. It doesnt need rocket science to cook decent grub. #terrible

Sehr schöne ruhig gelegen Anlage mit großen Gärten und 2 Pools. Ausreichende Anzahl an Liegen vorhanden, der morgendliche Handtuchwurf-Wettbewerb erübrigt sich. Bar und Animationsbühne, mit Mini-Disco für die Kleinen sowie div. Showprogramm für die Großen vorhanden. Die Shows waren durchweg gut. Zum Strand sind es ca. 7 Min Fußweg. Auf dem Weg zum Strand liegt ein ALDI und div. kleine Läden. Die Suiten sind groß , sauber und geräumig mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Super freundliches Service- und Reinigungspersonal. Mietwagenbuchungen übers Hotel günstiger als im Ort. Verpflegung sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen in 2023 wieder.

Excelente todo 3 días fantásticos y todo el personal 10..... volveré celebre mis 50 años la comida poco floja pero la cena y el desayuno muy bien la piscina cubierta un 10 la limpieza muy bien en general todo bien

He de decir que tenía unas expectativas muy altas y fue la verdad decepcionante, en cuanto al alojamiento habitaciones con una limpieza poco profunda, cuando entramos habían cosas en el baño de los antiguos huéspedes, en la Piscina daba poco el sol, por la mañana un ratito y por la tarde igual, la zona de restaurante y comedor con un personal de 10 es lo que me llevo de este viaje, comida buena pero la bebida horrible! La animación más que pésima para los niños y el bar ofrecía unos cócteles que servían de dentro de una especie de garrafa, un asco! Y hacer una especial mención a una camarera creo que se llamaba Diana del bar con un trato pésimo, de hecho nos trató fatal faltándonos el respeto… en fin … no volveremos y no lo recomendáremos. Buena ubicación

Nada a apontar staff impecável comida maravilhosa boas piscinas boa localização quartos grandes limpeza impecável staff simpáticos sempre prontos a ajudar , comida variada sempre em abundância mesmo próximo da hora de fechar
