room was nice, no window in the room but big one in the bathroom, no window wasn’t an issue, it was very cozy, room was modern and clean. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was included in our stay. amazing location, right in the center of everything. Hotel also held our bags for us as we arrived before check in.

The restaurant is situated in the centre of the Market Square. Staff are friendly to all (even those of a rude nature) they have a good vibe and will banner with you. Food was amazing, fun and plenty of it. Would recommend this restaurant. Well done

Fantastic location, friendly staff-in particular the lady managing breakfast. Nice food options and good breakfast choices too. Pay a little extra for market square view if you can-we were on 2nd floor and found the view amazing. Recently decorated to a good standard and was very clean with fresh towels each day. Only slight point of improvement would be to have a kettle in the room. Highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Good location, rude staff . Made comments that made me want to punch them in the head. Room was clean , weird check in area awkward environment , extremely unfriendly waiter with glasses and tattoos. Everyone ignored us when we came in to check in. Great location once again but that guy working in there is horrible

Central is in a perfect location for a stay in Bruges. The staff are welcoming, friendly, so helpful with any advice needed. Breakfast perfect. The market is every Wednesday so one can watch it being set up from a room facing the square. It begins at 4am. Central has a brasserie too with a good menu and truly excellent staff.

We loved this hotel. I don’t understand the lower reviews. For the cost and location, it’s an incredible value. We stayed in a twin room with 2 twin beds and Market view. The view was incredible. The room was clean, had ample luggage storage for the room size, and the bathroom was clean and large for Europe. The free breakfast was great and included hot items like eggs and bacon. There was a fan to use, which was great because we were there during a heat wave. We were concerned about noise because we were there on a summer weekend, but it wasn’t a problem. There was a large crowd singing outside along with 2 guitarists performing until midnight. We could slightly hear them, but the windows surprisingly cut out a lot of noise. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. There’s no official front desk - just check in with the staff at the bar.

A perfect location for the Christmas market, and the centre of town. The hospitality was great with the staff being very engaging and helpful. The food and drinks were great. The rooms were ideal for a short stay and directly on the square provided access to the centre of Bruge! We will be back!

I liked this little hotel. It's in a perfect location for sightseeing and for food and drink. The room didn't have a window view but this meant it was mostly soundproof from noise outside. Only issue is the walls are paper thin inside and the man next door to us was making the WORST retching noise through his nose and throat throughout the night. But that was the least of our worries. The staff were so nice and funny especially Fonzie who was always singing. There is no lift for anyone who struggles with stairs however and the stairs are quite steep. I don't really have anything else bad to say about it - lovely shower, television, beds are very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great location. Rooms basic but comfortable for what we needed . Great shower . Nice staff . Only negative no tea coffee facilities. Nice buffet breakfast which we paid extra for . Really enjoyed our stay
