Upon arrival, was informed by reception that because I arrived late, they had cancelled my booking. They demanded payment of GBP 50 for reinstating my reservation.
Room was above a pub and there were constant noises until pass midnight everynight. Bedsheets were dirty.
When we were checking out, asked reception to book a metered taxi for us. She ended up booking a car for us which charged us double.
All in all, the most disappointing hotel stay of my life.

地點非常方便，有很多食肆選擇，又近湖邊酒吧！ 大部分景點都可以步行去到。早餐都可以。 職員也很樂意解答問題及提供協助。
唯獨英國普遍酒店都無雪櫃，想買嘢飲放雪櫃就唔可以。而且酒店提供的shampoo & conditioner 質素唔太理想，洗完頭髮變硬及乾，有可能再加上係硬水既關係。
