Ulasan The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa

I thought this was a lovely hotel, with very friendly staff who gave a good service. My room was larger than expected and charming given that I was in the basement. I had a skylight in one part of the room which helped to bring natural light into the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was decorated to a high standard. I would come here again if I was returning to Brighton.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We also booked for a massage and hot tub which was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and nice. Location was 5 mins walks from Pier. Highly recommended

Nice and clean hotel and nice view. Friendly staff . Good breakfast and it’s convenient for parking. Bathroom is clean it’s not far from shopping centre. Good location.

低於期待的一件酒店（其實就是英國傳統排屋的三個單元被統一改造而成），完全算不上是精品酒店，但服務到位，早餐合格，房價合理彌補了心理落差。房子隔音較差，樓上的走路聲清晰，看運氣遇上鬧騰活潑的房客就遭了，還好住客大多數優雅的中老年人。但有兩點必須指出，所謂的海景套房名不副實，第一海景很窄，且需要緊挨着窗才能看到，正對窗衹能看到對面的樓。第二訂房時攜程展示的沙發場景並非房間內，而是一樓入住廳的照片，誤導消費者。

酒店屬於民宿一類，房間雖小還算乾淨整潔。建築物較舊，沒有電梯，走狹窄樓梯必須非常小心。早餐非常豐富，服務員也熱情好客，其中有個越南小妹服務員必須獲得表揚。

非常棒的體驗，離海邊很近，服務也很親切周到，雖然沒有停車場，不過服務員會指引，停車也方便而且價格也優惠。

臨近大海，服務非常熱情，環境不錯，房間略微小點，早餐很豐富，性價比高。
