Very beautiful and clean hotel!! Everything here is very nice and pretty, the hotel provides good quality shampoo and body wash as well. You got free drinks from the fridge e.g. coca cola, will definitely stay again if I go there again👍

Amazing hotel in Bratislava. The hotel is very beautiful designed, the lobby has chimney. The room was very good with all necessary amenities👍 Big thank you for the stuff for all the help and attention ❤️ There is a beautiful terrace between second and third floor. The breakfast is very delicious. Take your time and visit a Library bar near the lobby. The parking is 29€ per day underground the hotel. It was amazing stay ❤️

The people working at the hotel, since the really nice person at the door, the reception, waiters, cleaning team... the cleaning and the atmosphere. It really makes you feel confortable.

We loved the hotel, the property is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we could not use the VIP benefit. We highly recommend it.

Very impressive decorating. Friendly staff

None of the VIP access or amenities were available during our stay. We were not informed until one day later. Staff didn't have the best attitude when we checked. The lady at the receptionist even rolled her eyes when we asked.
