"Good location,excellent customer service. The room is big with modern design, complete with electric kettle(with the usual coffee,tea & sugar) & small fridge. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. It’s a nice touch that they put the guest’s name in the room’s t.v & a small card from the housekeeping staff. I was happy with the cleanliness, until I saw a stain in the duvet/comforter (which looks like an old blood). I only saw it on the morning of check-out when the duvet cover accidentally opened when i was tidying-up the bed. I mentioned it to the reception staff & she said she will feedback to the housekeeping."

Satu-satunya hal yang saya kurangi adalah jatuhnya yang pendek, saya tidur di tempat tidur yang lebih rendah, ketinggiannya tidak terlalu bagus, kepala saya terbentur dan terluka 😅"

"Sharing my feedback for the purpose of improvements:  **⭐ Positive:** - Excellent location — everything is within walking distance - Festive Halloween decorations and cozy common area added a nice touch. **⚠️ Negative:** - I initially booked an upper cabin but had to switch to a lower one due to the discomfort of climbing stairs - The capsule had an unpleasant odor that persisted despite using perfumes, making it difficult to sleep - Noise from the street, nearby cabins, and snoring was quite disruptive - Mixed-gender rooms with no female-only option made me feel uneasy - Towels were not provided, even after requesting one - The bed sheet had visible stains and tears, which I had to replace myself"

"We stayed in a bottom double bunk for two night. We had a very nice stay, everything was very clean and there were big lockers and shelves in them to fit everything. The only downside we had was that the bottom bunk was quite noisy from the one above so I would maybe book a top bunk next time to avoid that. Other than that it was a great stay and the location was amazing!"
