"A small gem right by the trains to/from Vienna. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Big shout out for friendly helpful staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in an emergency. The city centre is a 5-minute ride and the buses are frequent. Despite being next to the railway the rooms are quiet. WIll definitely use on our next trip to Bratislava. Warmly recommended."

"This hotel is on the south side of the river away from the main attractions, but an 80 or 88 bus from the town takes you to the end of the street. The rooms are very comfortable, but there is no fridge. Aside from the rooms, there are few amenities. There is a bar/restaurant, but it is no longer running and there are no shops nearby. Breakfast is not available, but there is an excellent bakery/ coffee shop on the main road near the bus stop. Reception is open from 2pm - midnight."

"Absolutely adored this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Jan at the front desk) and the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. A bit far outside of the historic district, but Ubers here are extremely affordable so it's not an issue. It is also right next to the national football stadium (we caught a Slovakia vs. Romania game for less than $5). Rooms were large and beautiful, and we were even given an upgrade on one of our rooms to a suite. I wish we had stayed here more than just 1 night!"

"Even though we booked a table in advance for a group of people nothing had been prepared. We had to join the tables and gather chairs so we can sit together. The drinks took forever to order and longer to arrive. Some of the meals were cheaply made, like noodles with added fried veg and dried chicken, the chicken was not freshly made. The service was shocking, no cutlery or napkins until we asked. Beer was good and the view was great. I will not be returning. Please do respond as I am not interested in your excuses. Train your staff! "

"Part of a group travel arrangement, i myself wouldn't book this Hotel, romms are old fashioned and need renovation urgently. The Hotel was totally booked out du to an event somewhere nearby, and the personal was very unfriendly. Reception fully overloaded with guests and several complaints about the rooms, Restaurant personal was unfriendly and opening times were not even close to the signs with the opening hours. Small rooms and especially bathrooms need renovation. AirCondition not working properly, not cleaned for weeks, if working at all. The only place with friendly service and good atmosphere was the Hotel Bar, very friendly personal, good and not too expansive drinks of any kind from fresh beer out of the tap to cocktails. As well outside nice to sit and have some drinks. At our next visit to Bratislava we'll maybe come for some Drinks but for overnight stay we choose another hotel."

"We were welcomed by a very friendly lady. She offered us a welcoming drink and showed us our room. Indeed, the hotel doesn’t look like a standard hotel. It’s located between different shops. And it’s on the third floor of a normal flat. We booked the hotel because of the free car parking which we could use before checking in and after checking out. The hotel is well connected with the city centre. The bus stop is just a 2 min walk from the hotel and it brings you in 5 min to the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But there’s some noise from the train station next to the hotel. And the curtains didn’t prevent us from waking up in the morning. Too much light. The breakfast was a cold buffet and you could take as many coffee and tea as you wanted. We were happy with room number 2 because room numbers 7 and 8 are located next to the breakfast area. And breakfast starts at 6h30!"
