"I stayed here for two nights in a dormitory room shared by 6 people. Inside the room there are locker facilities and an elevator. To enter the accommodation and the room, you must use an entry code. It’s very safe and privacy is well maintained. There is no reception area, everything is done online. There are bathroom and toilet facilities, as well as a shared kitchen area and laundry facilities. The lobby area can be used from 6 AM to 12 AM. Free wifi is available. The bedroom is very comfortable and equipped with privacy curtains. The atmosphere here is very quiet and comfortable, and the location is also very strategic and easily accessible by public transportation. Overall, good services."

"This hotel is bad news for anyone with a movement disability. Let me explain, the conference center and restaraunt is on the mezzanine level, but there is NO ELEVATOR ACCESS. Handicapped must wait for staff to take them on the freight elevator which is not self-serve and even stymied one of the staff to operate it. Only two people at the front desk for a hotel with 450 rooms? Preposterous. Here is a list of the problems with our suite -- the top quality and most expensvive rooms 1. Two bathrooms -- fan was broken in both of them 2. Headboard lights -- on/off switch was broken 3. Balcony -- covered in pigeon sh!t obviously never cleaned 4. Sink -- hot/cold taps miswired. One sink has hot on left the other has hot on right 5. Couch--wobbly, broken arm, don't lean on it. Probably at least 10 years old. 6. Hallways--a distinctive old building smell, this building is 50 years old and shows it 7. Staff--overworked, surly, and plain unhelpful."

"A small gem right by the trains to/from Vienna. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Big shout out for friendly helpful staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in an emergency. The city centre is a 5-minute ride and the buses are frequent. Despite being next to the railway the rooms are quiet. WIll definitely use on our next trip to Bratislava. Warmly recommended."

"1. Inquiries made before the trip went unanswered. 2. The original booking and confirmation both stated it was a suite with bathroom facilities, but this was not the case. The manager stated that the hostel did not offer suites with bathroom facilities and then ignored the inquiry. They responded that a refund would be possible if Trip.com agreed to the complaint. 3. I booked another hotel for the night of my arrival and changed hotels the following day. 4. I have filed a complaint with Trip.com regarding the operator's fraudulent activities."
