Staying at Shoho in Matsumoto was an unforgettable experience that truly deserves five stars. Nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Nagano Prefecture, this hotel seamlessly blends traditional Japanese elegance with modern luxury. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was a perfect sanctuary—spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with subtle touches of Japanese artistry. The panoramic views of the Japanese Alps from our window were nothing short of breathtaking, especially when the mountains were bathed in the soft glow of sunrise. The traditional tatami flooring and comfortable futon bedding provided an authentic experience without sacrificing comfort. One of the standout features of Shoho is its exceptional onsen facilities. Soaking in the natural hot springs while gazing at the picturesque scenery was incredibly rejuvenating. The rotenburo (outdoor bath) offered a tranquil escape where the stresses of daily life simply melted away. The hotel's attention to detail extended to these spaces, with beautifully crafted woodwork and stone elements enhancing the overall atmosphere. Culinary delights awaited us at every meal. The kaiseki dinner was a masterpiece—a multi-course feast that highlighted seasonal and local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering a wide array of both Japanese and Western options to suit all palates. The staff at Shoho went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their genuine hospitality was evident in every interaction, from assisting with our luggage to offering insightful recommendations on local attractions. Despite any language barriers, their kindness and professionalism shone through. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the rich cultural heritage of Matsumoto. We were just a short drive from the iconic Matsumoto Castle, one of Japan's most beautiful original castles. Strolling through the historic Nakamachi Street with its classic white-walled storehouses turned boutique shops and cafes was a delightful way to spend an afternoon. In addition to its proximity to cultural sites, Shoho serves as a great base for nature enthusiasts. The nearby Kamikochi Valley offers stunning hiking trails that showcase the unspoiled beauty of the Japanese Alps. Returning to the comfort of the hotel after a day of exploration was something we looked forward to, especially knowing a soothing onsen soak awaited us. In summary, Shoho encapsulates the essence of Japanese hospitality. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully curated to provide comfort, relaxation, and cultural enrichment. We left feeling deeply refreshed and with a greater appreciation for the wonders of Matsumoto. Shoho is more than just a place to stay—it's an experience that lingers long after you've departed. a good hotel with view of the snowy mountain. even though we arrived late that night, friendly staff keep out room ready and the bath tube full of hot spring water. nice breakfast as well, the 2nd morning all cars covered with snow, they have tools to help clean your windows before you go. added value.

Wonderful Onsen Hotel with private Onsen (2750 Yen extra) and very good food. Room was the best. View on town and mountains in behind. Recommended!

從松本站東口出站後過馬路到對面的巴士客運站3號站台，乘坐開往美原温泉的巴士，到翔峯酒店前下車，340日元。 酒店規模挺大，房間寬敞乾淨。在酒店大堂和房間都可以看到美麗的風景，早晨日照金山很美。 酒店温泉很大，非常乾淨，入住的人很多，但泡温泉人不多，很舒服。 晚上10點前有公交車可以到松本城和松本站，我們正好趕上了松本城天守閣的燈光秀，很方便。 酒店餐食略遜色。

วิวสวยมากกกก Japan Alps เต็มๆ ตา ถึงแม้โรงแรมจะดูว่าสร้างมานาน แต่บริการให้เต็มสิบ ครบ จบ ทุกสิ่ง เหมาะกับทุกวัยจริงๆ ตามที่โรงแรม present เลย

房間很大，有70平方。和式洋式兼具，還可以在房間裏泡温泉，非常舒適。早飯也很不錯。就是位置較偏，能自駕就很完美了

很舒適的入住體驗，可以鳥瞰松本市的夜景，早晨拉開窗簾，好美的小城之晨！晚餐和早餐都很豐盛，離店可以乘坐酒店巴士去車站。

風景很好，房間裏的温泉也很不錯，房型足夠大！

櫻花季去的，樓下就有滿開櫻花🌸。挑選的是日式風格房，景觀不錯，但是找了半天也沒看到松本城，😄。餐食費用不菲，一般般吧。房間沒有溫泉，另外付了兩千多包了一小時的私湯房，一家人才其樂融融。

1、入選日本温泉酒店前一百的酒店 2、來了日本十多次，住的都是1K-3K的酒店。這家是目前為止最滿意的，酒店服務人員任何人任何時候在你面前走過，都是熱情微笑鞠躬。專業、熱情的服務，棒極了。 3、強烈推薦一泊二食，五十多平的那個房間。房間很乾凈，風景很好，晚餐也很用心。泡了四次温泉，幾乎次次包場。景色巨美 4、喜歡松本城，城裡的店員都很熱情。人很少，之前去的大阪東京京都，人還是多的，松本，街道上感覺就我們一家子還有幾個老外。松本城、草間彌生、買手店、銀飾店、手辦店一個不少。下次還來

房間很不錯，可以欣賞到城市和山脈的美麗景色。因為暴雪的原因，比原計劃晚了兩個半小時抵達酒店，和酒店溝通後酒店很温馨地把訂的晚餐延到了八點多，辛苦工作人員久等了。雖然無法按程序一道道上菜，但是服務依然不失水準，很感謝還能為我們留餐和服務。 晚上預約了私湯，露天風呂很不錯。第二天的早餐也頗為豐盛，西式日式選擇多多。 朋友出行，非常推薦翔峯！ 暴雪使松本城計劃擱置了，計劃下次再來松本看看這座國寶城。下次依然，必須是翔峯！

房間視野開闊，可以俯瞰市景，酒店有兩個温泉館，乾淨明亮。酒店的早晚餐都非常好吃，令人滿意。唯一不足就是離松本城較遠。
