The resort is very large and there are many activities. Two days is just enough to play around. The staff are very responsible and friendly. No matter where you go, you can make an appointment with Xiaoyue, the front desk butler, for the shuttle bus and activities. The response is also very fast. Wait for 3-5 minutes and the guy will come to pick you up. The breakfast ingredients and taste are good, so Chinese food is also solved in the western restaurant. After playing the free project, I also made an appointment for the paid project. The price is also affordable and I have a lot of fun. The park is very clean and hygienic both overall and in detail. I was worried that the wooden house would have a smell or bugs, but there were none. It is more suitable for spring and autumn. I look forward to coming back for a second visit when my baby is a little older.

During my visit, I had the opportunity to experience the National Holiday and Asian Games. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, especially given the ongoing excitement and energy associated with the games. In the evenings, there were numerous dining options to choose from, and the area was bustling with activity. The surroundings of the hotel were characterized by a spacious and open environment, with a running track located right in front of it. While the hotel may not have offered 5-star accommodations, it provided a pleasant and comfortable stay, which was perfectly suited to my needs. Sometimes, the location and the lively atmosphere surrounding it can outweigh the need for luxurious accommodations.

We spent a very relaxing weekend as a family. The location and facilities are very family friendly. The children really enjoyed the pool and playground. The food was very extensive and delicious. The coffee was great and the service very courteous!

The room is great, super clean, very dry, and the floor heating was turned on in advance, which was very warm. There are also large floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. You can see the mountains directly. It has a sense of design. I guess the boss has put a lot of thought into it. The store manager and the front desk lady were also very enthusiastic and recommended a lot of ways to play for us. The breakfast was also delicious😋 If it is spring later, I will consider coming again. I heard that you can see pink magnolias and dig bamboo shoots🤔 Looking forward to it Ah, yes! The hotel is very close to the scenic area bus, hahahahaha😄 Lazy people friendly!

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

I went there with my parents and children. The hotel upgraded the room and gave me fruit bread. Thank you very much! The room was very comfortable, but there was a startup advertisement for the hotel every time the TV was turned on. It might only take less than a minute, but it was on every time it was turned on. I felt a little bit long after waiting. I hope it can be improved. We lived in Building 2, and we ate and swam in Building 1. The hotel covers a large area. We had dinner at the hotel. Chicken soup and Moganshan stir-fry are recommended! Sorry for no pictures. The breakfast was rich. I'm sorry again that I didn't take pictures because I was busy eating. I forgot the name of that dry noodle. It's a hotel feature and highly recommended. You can also make waffles by yourself, and the children are very happy. Kumquats and pears are super delicious in this season! My mother felt nauseous due to gastrointestinal discomfort in the morning and just wanted to eat kumquats. The service staff enthusiastically helped us pack some and took them back to the room. It was very considerate. The swimming pool is nice, big and clean. The front desk staff was very patient to take a lot of family photos for us before leaving. The hotel seems to be very popular. It is said that it is fully booked on weekends.

This hotel has good reviews. I happened to bring my elderly and children to play nearby and wanted to experience it. Overall, it is very good. The waiter warmly welcomed us as soon as we entered the door. We arrived relatively late. Although it was a holiday, we were upgraded to a deluxe king room for free. We were also given snacks and toys for children. They asked if we drove and were exempted from parking fees. Although it was close to the road, it was relatively quiet, but one thing I want to complain about is that the air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. There is still a clattering sound when it is turned on to sleep mode, which made it impossible to sleep. Later, we simply turned it off. The sound insulation is also average. It may be because there are more children during the holidays. We were tired after a day of playing, so we went to bed early, but from time to time there were children making noise in the corridor, and it was a bit stuffy without the air conditioner on, so we didn't sleep well at night. However, this seems to be a common problem in most hotels. If you are not very sensitive to sleep, it is not a big problem. The breakfast is also good, with Chinese and Western food, and everything you should have. The service is not overly enthusiastic. Overall, this price is very cost-effective.

I booked a group ticket last year, but I only had time this year. My family and friends booked three rooms together. Before checking in, the beautiful girl Chunchun reminded me of the check-in matters and the waypoints to add in the navigation, and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the hotel, the handsome Jiang Jinhui warmly welcomed me and gave me a detailed introduction. The goldfish mother recommended to us tasted good, which made me fall in love with bamboo leaf tea! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go to the recommended tea selling place. I will go there to buy white tea and bamboo leaf tea when I have time. The hotel upgraded us to three rooms on the 3rd floor of the villa. The view of the terrace in the room is very good. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed. We went to climb the mountain first, but we were too tired to get up and the sun was already high! Next time you have time to come to Moganshan for leisure, Tianlai Dream should be the first choice!

It’s a very standard hotel a bit far off from the city center, but relatively close to a shopping mall area with lots of shops and food. There’s also a café like around 300 meters away. We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. Breakfast was okay and employees were extra nice, they helped us ordering food via app!

The front desk provides smiling service, and a dedicated person introduces the hotel's environment and facilities, and helps carry luggage to the room. Employees who meet in the inner garden will say hello. These three points may not seem difficult, but now many hotels have been lost. Even last year, I stayed in a movie theater in Huanhuan, which was several times more expensive, and failed to do it. It shows that the hotel training is in place.
