Location was great, next to the tourism office and 5-10min walk to the main shopping area. However bear in mind it is a no frills room that is relatively dated. Lift is tiny, but at least there is one. Cleanliness of the room (floor) could be improved.

Although my room was small, it was perfect for 1 person. Shower was great, with plenty of hot water and hood water pressure. The location is perfect - very near to tram/bus lines. Great restaurant choices as well.

Lovely hotel, a bit dated. Staff very friendly. If you are a non-smoker make sure you do not get a room above the smoking area, you'll smell the smoke in your room. Excellent location.

Very nice property for the value!Excellent location close to the shopping at St Catherine and within a very historic district. The Tran stops close by and is a convenient conveyance. The room was very basic but comfortable bedding and beds. There is an elevator. The staff was helpful.
Though no luxurious, this hotel comes recommended by myself and husband.
