"Gorgeous and clean hotel with a great, friendly and helpful staff! Amenities are really a great addition, especially the pool, sauna and steam bath which helped us relax after our long travels. A little far of a walk from the city center (approx. 40 min) but if you don't mind walking and exploring, it's definitely worthwhile. There's still a lot to do around the area. Renaissance Bordeaux Hotel Hotel di Bordeaux

Renaissance Bordeaux Hotel

The double bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The only minor issue was the sofa bed mattress, which wasn't comfortable, but otherwise, the overall experience was very positive."

Residhotel Galerie Tatry ★★★
"Tiny room, wobbly table and one of the chairs was the same. No tooth mug in the bathroom. The front desk's response was "that's normal." So, to rinse your teeth, there's only one water glass, which is low, otherwise you have to use the stemmed glasses. The bed was very low and the mattress very soft. We won't be returning."

"The hotel was nice, but a bit far from the city center. There was a lot of dust in the room and under the bed, which hadn't been made up for a while. There were cobwebs in front of the window leading to the room's terrace. The room layout was poor; the TV was too far from the bed, tucked away in a corner. It seemed like they lacked imagination in designing the room. It's a shame, as there was so much wasted space. The bed was crammed into a corner with small bedside tables pushed against the sides because there was so little room. The refrigerator was constantly leaking water, which was clearly not being cleaned."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with your website, which sold me a large family room, and I ended up with my children in 3m² capsules. As someone who is claustrophobic, it's despicable to deceive people in this way!! The hotel couldn't even rehouse us in another room because it was fully booked. I will never book through your website again, and I will never recommend you!!! 😡😡😡"

"The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It's conveniently located just three minutes from the train station. The rest is a disaster. This isn't a hotel. It's an old, run-down motel. I can't recommend it."
