Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites is one of the best place to enjoy your Boracay Travel, great staff, nice ambiance and very accessible location. The Price is also resonable. Had a great experience.

We stayed there from 12 Sept to 16 Sept and it was a great experience. First the hotel's location is very practical as it is between the White beach and bulabog beach and surrounded with stores and restos. The room experience is 10/10 as during our stay we experienced a storm and multiple times the electricity has been cut-off but in just few seconds the generator started. Kudos to thats. The internet connections is very decent. The room is clean and housekeeping frequently can be found on the floor ready to render any help and to be ask to clean our room. The swimming area is decent just need a little bit cleaning of the pool. The hotel's resto is very good, food is delicious and in good portion. Hotel's resto is very accommodating. The only comment is that if it is not possible to have a buffet breakfast atleast add more breakfast menus to have more options but other than that the food is great. And lastly special mention to Ms. Shar of front desk, she has a very welcoming aura, always smiling and very accommodating even though we are just passing through the front desk we always seeing her smile and she is very jolly. Overall the stay is great and will certainly book again to Ferra. Thanks to all the hotels staff.

The hotel is near to everything. Service os 5 star. Well be come back again.

Breakfast is plated and not managed efficiently. There is a queue. Imagine waking up feeling hungry for breakfast and queue up to claim your plated food? Room doesn't have slippers - available upon request with a fee. But they will literally tell you that there's a fee because you got a discounted room like it's your fault for availing their "offered" promo. No flat iron and hair dryer in the room. There's a weird smell in the 4th floor hallway! Thanks for the welcome drinks an️yway!🤷🏻♀️

Booked 2 nights of stay to celebrate our doggos 6th birthday and our expectations were exceeded! Staff were extremely accommodating the entire time and the hotel's location is also a big plus (10-15mins walking distance to Dmall) Room was spacious enough for our doggo to move around the room.

Accessible market, restaurant and beach no need to used public transportation :)

This is my second time staying at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites but still enjoying the nice location of the hotel which is a quick 5 minutes walk only from the dmall and the main beach and the bulabog beach side as well. The staff are so friendly, easy to approach, and helpful in any way they can regarding your room and your stay. Will be back in boracay soon and will stay at this hotel again and again! The cleanliness is also ✨✨✨

This hotel is unmatched at customer service. I have never stayed at a place with a better understanding of what it means to provide unforgettable experience. Great people and beautiful rooms! Love this hotel and the people, highly recommend!

Arrived at hotel. Things seemed okay. Got welcome drink and all and decent check in vibes. The check in area is exposed to outdoor elements always so very muggy and warm in that area so it's actually uncomfortable. And then right outside the openly exposed area is the smoking area so people's smoke can end up in the lobby which is even more annoying. Location overall is about 5-10 minutes from a beach. They were painting and doing construction in the hallway and room across from us. Constant loud noises during the day ( I know you are supposed to be outside enjoying but sometimes late-nights happen) and there was no communication of this or offer to move to a different floor. It smelled very bad on that floor so no peace and quiet. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience or even try to make it up in other ways. Booked a room that is advertised as sofa bed. The soda bed size is an actual joke - if you have a small child then sure maybe. Shower kind of floods due to poor drainage. Air con actually works well. Bed is soso. Safe works well. Complimentary water bottles. First night tried to go roof top bar and it was closed within "open time" had to ask them to go up and open it and serve us drinks. Not sure why but they often ask us to decide breakfast the night before which is annoying because choosing breakfast is usually a in the moment kind of thing. Breakfast was average. Pool didn't seem to be well maintained and cleaned so didn't take a dip in it. Cleaned room but forgot to leave some smaller towels that were included at check in. Continuing along the lines of poor communication. Was called the night before check out and asked what time are we checking out tomorrow and they didn't provide any context so I felt like "this seems kind of rude and pushy to ask us what time we are checking out." turns out we left early the next morning and from my understanding - they offer a packaged breakfast if you don't have time to eat at the restaurant so you can get it to go. So I was even more annoyed because if they said that at the beginning then it would actually make sense why they asked and I would have had a happy tummy in the morning. Long story short. Average hotel and rooms. Nothing memorable. Unfortunately the service and amenities and communication was severely lacking so this will be a one and done for me.

This is the most under rated hotel in Boracay! The rooms were beautiful and immaculate! The ROOFTOP pool was amazing! The best part for me though was the outdoor tub and shower setup! So intimate, quite, romantic, and perfect for couples. The staff were friendly, amazing, welcoming and accommodating! I would recommend this place to everyone! I will absolutely stay with them again!

We got a beautiful and clean room, Good wifi location , there is a grocery nearby and their staff are kind ☺️😃 2 least things for me no. 1 is their pool ...kinda not clean because my son got Rashes 😔 no. 2 is the location, far to the front beach.

This hotel is far from beach need to walk 15 minutes. Room is good but had some small bug. Their breakfast is good for local people but for other country people is so so.
