"A nice, home stay style hotel. There was only a fan in the room, but it was quite strong and more than enough. The owner was very friendly and beach was across the street. The only minus was that every time the neighbours opened and closed the door or listen to music, I could hear it in my room clearly."

"A wonderful villa, excellent view of Boracay south sea.. woke up daily to see the sunrise 🌅 with wonderful view of the islands across the sea… the service was excellent, especially Ms Arlene who was assigned to our Villa.. she made our stay a more than just pleasant one 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 The location may not be very accessible.. please book a Trike to bring both yourself + luggages to their main gate.. else you may need to carry them across many high and lows slopes.. my luggage broke 2 wheels due to this lack of knowledge 👌🏼.. but don’t let this affect the wonderful experience in store at One Hagden Villa 👍🏼👍🏼"

"Amazing view. Superb service. Worth it! These are the words that can sum up our staycation at Harlan Beach Villa resort located at Station 1 in Boracay. The location is towards the end of Station 1 where there is more privacy and less crowd and you get to enjoy your own beachfront. The beach is literally 10 steps from the villa. We booked for 4 days, 3 nights and it was all worth it. First, the view! OMG! From sunrise to sunset, it just feels so surreal to have such a peaceful view of paradise. And the most amazing part is we get the best view of the sunset right in the villa. When it comes to service, OMG too! They are attentive to all our needs that you don’t need to ask them. They took care of us even to the point that wherever we go, one staff would accompany us to bring our stuff and if we go to enjoy water activities, they would also chaperone us, bring towels and water. And, the best part is we have our own private chef! He can literally cook whatever we are craving for even if it’s not in the menu. And man, the taste is just on point! We didn’t even dare to eat at other restaurants because why would we when we got the best chef! Harlan also offered us a complementary massage which made us feel even more relaxed. Overall, the experience was just amazing. You will definitely get what you pay for! It’s not cheap but it’s all worth it."

"Kamar standar tidak rapi sehingga tamu kami tidak bisa menggunakannya. Seharusnya handuk putih sudah tua dan tampak coklat dan mereka memberi mereka kamar tua. Tidak ada perlengkapan mandi.. Kami tidak punya karena saya berasumsi mereka punya."

"Lokasinya, meskipun mungkin agak jauh dari Stasiun 1-3, sebenarnya tidak menjadi masalah. Tempat ini masih sangat mudah diakses dari pusat Boracay. Saya hanya membayar 30 peso dari resor ke pelabuhan. Anda dapat memanggil e-jeepney/tricy tepat di luar gerbang utama. City Mall juga berada tepat di luar gerbang utama. Meskipun resor ini sangat besar, terdapat staf/penjaga di sekitar area utama tempat Anda dapat meminta layanan antar-jemput di sekitar resor. Dari gerbang utama, layanan antar-jemput akan mengantar Anda ke dan dari area resepsionis. Setelah check-in, Anda dapat mengakses seluruh resor melalui layanan antar-jemput gratis resor. Ini mungkin menjadi masalah jika Anda tidak menyukai ketidaknyamanan harus naik/mengemudi untuk pergi ke satu tempat atau tempat lain atau jika gagasan Anda tentang tempat yang bagus adalah tempat yang lebih padat dan mudah diakses. Fasilitas resor ini sangat bagus. Berbagai kolam renang serta teluk pribadi juga bagus. Anda akan kesulitan memilih tempat menginap. Kamar dan kamar mandinya sangat luas dan bersih. Tempat tidur dan bantalnya empuk dan nyaman. Mereka juga menyediakan air minum kemasan dan perlengkapan mandi gratis. Sarapannya enak, meskipun saya mendapatkan sarapan yang lebih enak dari hotel lain dengan kisaran harga yang sama atau serupa. Mungkin satu-satunya masalah saya adalah proses check-in. Saya check-in sekitar pukul 12, tetapi kamar saya belum tersedia, yang saya pahami karena check-in standar adalah pukul 14.00. Saya ditanyai nomor telepon saya dan diminta menunggu di lobi, yang tidak menjadi masalah karena ada kursi-kursi yang nyaman di sekitar. Resepsionis memberi tahu saya bahwa saya akan dipanggil saat kamar sudah siap pada atau sebelum pukul 14.00. Namun, saat itu sudah lewat pukul 14.00 dan saya tidak menerima panggilan atau didekati secara pribadi oleh staf mana pun. Jadi, check-in saya baru diproses saat saya mendatangi resepsionis yang sama. Sebelumnya, seorang wanita juga mengalami masalah serupa dengan check-in-nya. Pertama, sungguh tidak masuk akal bagaimana sebuah resor hotel yang sangat besar tidak memiliki kamar yang tersedia (meskipun sekali lagi saya memahami bahwa check in standar adalah pukul 2 siang) untuk memungkinkan check in lebih awal. Mereka dapat menawarkan biaya tambahan untuk check in lebih awal. Kedua, karena saya memahami check in standar dan mengikutinya, saya berharap mereka akan menepati janjinya. Jika mereka sangat ketat dengan check in pukul 2 siang, maka mereka harus memastikan bahwa pada pukul 2 siang, kamar sudah tersedia atau tamu sudah berada di kamarnya pada pukul 2 siang. Selain ini dan secara keseluruhan, hotelnya luar biasa dan masa inap saya menyenangkan. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi."
