TTamuThe hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

TTamuThe reception can be added on WhatsApp and they’re very accommodating and nice. They offer water sport and activities at the reception too. I got the best private boat sailing for reasonable price as well as island hopping.
The garden villa is surrounded by plants and green. Very beautiful but a bit exposed to the people-passing by. The sea is viewed from the side window not the big one.
Three options for breakfast. Very simple but nice. Unlimited coffee and tea.
The only downside for me, the curtains are not blackout. They’re also short for the windows so the light comes in in the morning.
15 minutes walk to downtown.

PPengguna AnonimWe had a wonderful experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day.
We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team!
Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.

TTamuWe booked two rooms and the place was great. Our weekend at taj guesthouse was unforgettable. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk even allow us to early check in even our time to check in is 2 pm we checked in at 12pm🌊. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa. We also loved the bar—perfect for watching the sunset. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. Worth every penny!”
