I've stayed at the hotel multiple times in either the junior suite or executive. I've never had a problem until my most recent reservation. The 1st lady at the front desk gave me the access card for a different room than I reserved. The second lady gave me the correct room, but there was no coffee with the coffee machine. On my 4th day after the room was cleaned again no coffee. Called the front desk explained and was told I needed to come to the front desk for my coffee packets. At the front desk she offered me one coffee packet, I asked for a couple more and she told me I could have only one more for a total of two. I'm unsure if there's a coffee shortage in Bogotá, or coffee has become too expensive, but considering that I'm paying for an executive room an extra packet shouldn't be a big deal, a real no brainer. I've been comfortable at the hotel but I feel next time I'll pay for a hotel that can afford to have coffee in my room and don't mind giving me extra if I ask.
