The staff was very professional and very nice. They accommodate with all the needs and always have a smile. The rooms are very cosy with warm ambience, and breakfast is served fresh daily. The location is very convenient as well, close to the express bus lines and to the great restaurants and bars.
Strongly recommend and will stay at the hotel again.

The Hotel is located in a safe & convenient neighborhood, close to good restaurants, theaters and shopping centers.
Staff was very friendly and informative.
Included breakfast was great with fresh fruit, squeezed orange juice and eggs a la carte.
Our room and bathroom were smaller than we expected.
The mattress was not confortable.

Very friendly hotel with a warm and welcoming a**osphere. Impeccably clean but rooms are ready for a bit of update. Staff extremely friendly and made our stay pleasant and well worth the expense A bit off the beaten track but taxis readily got us back to this accommodation Only downer was the short period in which to have breakfast, this does need extending to a more appropriate hour, no chance of a lie in with these timings However breakfast room staff were fantastic.

We didn’t stay at this hotel, however we needed cctv footage for a bag that was left in one of our taxis. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming , taking time out to help us track down and identify the taxi. Staff member Cesar Alvarado helped to retrieve the footage and then went out of his way to phone up taxi companies to help us. Absolutely amazing staff , I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a welcoming and friendly experience whilst in Bogotá

Ficamos hospedados apenas dois dias nesse hotel e que lugarzinho gostoso, fomos super bem recepcionados, o quarto era ótimo e o café da manhã também, os ovos mexidos uma delícia! O bairro é super tranquilo e tem muita opção de restaurantes nas redondezas, fica uns 10 min de carro da Zona Rosa. Achei um ótimo custo-benefício. O hotel é tão charmoso que parece uma casa familiar, amei cada segundo da minha hospedagem e indico sem pestanejar. Esqueci o nome da moça que nos atendeu, ela foi super solicita e tentou ao máximo entender nosso "portunhol"

Las almohadas son muy duras y por ende incomodas. La ventana de mi habitación estaba en el pasillo, debido a que las cortinas no son lo suficientemente gruesas, entraba demasiada luz a la habitación, lo cual no permitía descansar cómodamente. Solicité el segundo día que la apagaran y al no hacerlo, tuve que solicitarlo nuevamente a las 4 am. Lo mejor de todo, era la amabilidad de la persona encargada de los alimentos.

Grazioso albergo nel barrio omonimo. Una zona molto bella e sicura della città di Bogotà. Le camere sono belle e funzionali. Il servizio è di ottimo livello sono sempre gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione è particolarmente buona, non solo colombiana. Assolutamente consigliato.
