I arrived at the Hotel Normandia Gold at 3am. The night clerk claimed that she had not received a reservation for me and that she did have any rooms available. My reservation included breakfast for one person.
She did, however, suggest that I could go to their sister hotel Casa Botero located a block away.
When I inquired at Casa Botero the rate was slightly higher and breakfast was avai.able but not included.
Although, the Hotel Casa Botero is nice enough and I was able to get a few hours rest and eat a hot breakfast; I can't help but feel that I was subjected to bait-and switch.

Ofrecen servicio de parqueadero y cuando llegas no hay, solo tienen disponibles 2 espacios.
en la reservación incluía desayuno y tampoco tienen ese servicio.

Me cancelaron la reserva arbitrariamente. llegue rendida de mi viaje al hotel y me recibe un tipo que habían cancelado mi reserva porque yo por WhatsApp no les confirmé, nunca me llamaron a confirmar, simplemente me pusieron un mensaje en WhatsApp y no se tomaron ni siquiera el trabajo de llamarme, un solo mensaje me pusieron y como no contesté me cancelaron el alojamiento, llegué y no tenía donde quedarme. Además el recepcionista fue tan atrevido que me echó la culpa, porque yo no confirme por WhatsApp cuando nunca en mi vida he confirmado una reserva por WhatsApp cuando podia ser una estafa, siempre confirmo mi reserva a través de Booking y en el correo, ellos jamás se comunicaron conmigo por ninguno de los dos medios, tenia mi hotel confirmado desde el 2 de septiembre, entonces no tenía porque confirmar el último día. Si le agradezco al señor Luis que me ubicó en otro hotel, pero yo había reservado era en ese, no tenían porque tocar mi reserva, me parece una falta de seriedad y una falta de respeto Hice la reserva a través de booking nunca he tenido problemas, nunca he tenido que confirmar mi reserva

TERRIBLE!!!. Viajeros Mucho CUIDADO Con este hotel. Hice la reseva un mes antes y cuando llegue.
1- ya habían reservado a otros la habitación
2- no me dejaron entrar. Estaba en la calle con todo mi equipaje y toda la plática fue desde un portón. ( Lejos de ser un hotel de calidad)
3- Les mostré la reserva y dijeron que no es válida. Que buscará otro hotel..
4- y en la plataforma de hoteles me aparece que si cancelo tengo que pagarles... Que chistosos tanto hotel normamdia gold y hoteles.com
NO ME EXPLICÓ como esta un hotel tan decepcionante en esta plataforma
