Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

The place is filthy!! See all the photos. Some are from my partners review, some are mine. I couldn’t belive the state of it. I had to change rooms due to broken air con. Mould. Wet plaster on the floor. Leak on the ceiling and the noise from upstairs flushing the toilet was over bearing! This was the same in both rooms The second, had a broken bed and stained mattresses and sheets. The bars stunk. Stale beer and sour milk smell. The pool side drains are black and green and smell awful. The rubbish and dirty laundry is everywhere. The theatre, is in disrepair. The photos advertising the place ARE NOT what it looks like. Not catered for English either. The stairs to the water slides are ridiculous. See photos. It’s pure filth. Glad to be home.

The food was good plentiful and varied with plenty of choices , unfortunately when we ate in the outside area the floors were filthy. People walking around with brushes and pans but it needed a lot more than that to bring it up to scratch. The staff were excellent, polite and very helpful apart from the room service people, dirty cups and glasses as well as dirty towels weren’t changed unless I left them in the middle of the bedroom floor. The pools and areas were great and kept very clean. The evening entertainment was very good but maintenance was needed on some of the seating with quite a lot broken. There were notices saying that no food was allowed in the rooms which was completely ignored, then the dirty plates still with food on were left in the corridor. In my opinion the hotel is definitely not up to five star standard more a three star hotel.

We come home tomorrow and are very ready to do so. Hotel is great but definitely not a 5 star due to rude staff and no allergy information. Let’s start with the positive - Our housekeeper was brilliant and always did such a good job on our room - the men staff at the main pool bar and excellent and will always go out of their way for you. - plenty of food and drinks around the pool - big pool and loads of sunbeds (although have to get in there early to get one) - beach is great and sporting activities are responsibly priced (90 euro for 2 on a jet ski for 15 mins and 150 euro for a jet car) - shuttle service to beach is a great add on however will finish at 6:30 Negatives: - false advertisement. The smokehouse which is advertised as steak is not and has tiny portions, also, shows were advertised for the evening entertainment which didn’t happen. - the women behind the pool bar are extremely rude - the girls advertising nails are rude and always on their phones - massive language barrier ( I understand not everyone speaks English however we got dismissed and pushed to one side a lot) - the food labels are often wrong and do not have any allergy information on them - the photo men are extremely rude and very pushy! We wanted 5 photos (10 euro each) however they wouldn’t allow us just 5 and went on and on and even stated the minimum photo is 10 (meaning 100 euro spent on photos) -food is very repetitive - entertainment team did not bother with people who spoke English and would never get us involved with darts etc. -dirty marks on the toilet seat, limescale covered the shower and tiles in the bathroom -broken and dirty tiles in the pool - can not book excursions through the hotel but have to book them through the market outside the hotel (who were brilliant!) -not enough seats for late night entertainment Overall I would not rate this hotel a 5 star, more a 4 star at best!

Fantastic relax zone, always available sun beds. Always available snacks and drinks. Perfect deserts available all day. Staff is very friendly and smiley. Night shows is at high level. During the day there isn’t animation or entertainment but for us it was plus because this time was for relax without activities. The corridors to the toilet were often obstructed by cleaners' carts which, in my opinion, isn’t polite to customers. In bars often bartenders didn’t know cocktails recipes and cocktails taste different every time.

Stayed here all inclusive for 7 days with a friend for a break during the euros. Hotel itself is really nice, classy and chilled reception area, enough bars and restraunts to get you through anytime of the day or night. Hakan, was a great help here sorted any issues or problems we had immediately with a smile and was genuinely caring to make sure we had no further issues. If you see Hakan you must say hello during your trip, the guy deserves a raise if I’m honest. The rooms are ok, I found the ac system Abit weak in the rooms and the minibar really struggles to keep drinks cold but the hotel everywhere else is really chilled well and has a lot of services you may need. Food is your usual buffet style mood mostly, yet to book our alacarte meal but all is well so far thanks to Hakan. Guests mainly here are non English speaking, most staff know basic English , Hakan is from London so he will understand any of your issues if you have any.

Average 3 star hotel, not 5. Horrible room conditions. Staff is very unfriendly, no requests were fulfilled. Not coming back ever. My shower broke while I was taking a shower. Room service had to call 5 times for water, had to walk to guest relations. Didn’t help, mini bar was not refilled.

To begin with, this hotel has most of the features you would expect from an all-inclusive stay - free breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as free drinks at the bar, but the quality of the food and service was horrendous. The food was not tasty and sometimes even disgusting, the tables were not being cleaned regularly, and usually we couldn't find any cutlery to eat the food with - we would have to go ask the personnel, many of which couldn't even speak basic English. Lots of services at the hotel also required extra fees, such as the spa and arcade, which was definitely not expected in a ultra all-inclusive hotel! Some of the free-to-use facilities seemed abandoned, especially the fitness center, as half of the equipment was not working there! At the bar, the quality of the drinks varied quite heavily, depending on who was making the drinks, suggesting a lack of training and inconsistent standards among the staff. The main positives for me were the big outdoor pool as well as the daily concerts and performances. Some of the employees in the hotel were friendly and helpful, but I couldn't say the same for all the staff. Overall, I would not recommend staying here and I won't be coming back.

Dirty hotel with snaks and reptiles. In the period of October 22-26, 2024, I am in the hotel, yesterday, I was lying on a deckchair near the children's pool, where children are actively swimming, and a big black snake slipped from the curb near my deckchair, I managed to escape from the place for a moment, otherwise it would have bitten me. I took a video of which I am uploading a screenshot, I can also upload a video, when I showed the video to the reservationist, I was directed to a manager whose response was - black snakes don't bite. The hotel is very dirty, the tables are not cleaned, the food is scarce and monotonous, the plates are dirty. I also note that the hotel is not very old, the interior is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. The yard is beautiful, the pool is big and nice, but everything is dirty, unkempt, full of snakes and reptiles. Resting here is dangerous!

it was great holidau here the food are and drinks are really was good hotel location is good there is a big pool the beach is close to hotel shuttle bus service so fun animation team was perfect they are so fun and evening activities shows partys was well we are thinking to visit here again☺️
