Beautiful hotel.!!!!! All staff really friendly and helpful. The lady at the booking desk is especially nice, her name is Vesile, she is very helpful and will try her best to help you with any questions!! My family have been here 4 times and it’s my first I can see why they keep coming back it feels safe and it’s got everything you need for a great holiday!! Thank you :)

the best experience i’ve had! the entertainment staff are absolutely amazing and include you in a variety of activities such as , (aqua) sports , yoga , bingo etc and have a show every night which is amazing aswell. they are so friendly and always willing to help and make your experience one of a kind. the food and rooms can’t be faulted either and all over , a great experience, will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The views were stunning, and the food was delicious. The drink menu offered a good variety of tasty drinks. My room was cleaned daily, and the towels were replaced regularly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the biggest downside was that we couldn't connect to the WiFi, and no one at the reception was able to assist us with this issue. Overall, the hotel was very good.

1.Spa and welness: Spa and welness is super good. All very kind female masseuses that give you a really good experience. Also the manager of the spa is very kind and helpfull. 2. Overal Resort: The only remark from me is that the overall kindness of some people can be improved. At the reception or across the resort there are unkind people. 3.housekeeping/cleaning Very kind people excellent service

Honestly one of the best holidays I’ve ever been to the staff were amazing treating us like family, the resort was wonderful plenty of activities. And a special thanks to the animation team every member made us feel at home was very difficult to say good by to all of them

Writing this on our last day here, we’ve had a lovely 7 days here, hotel is really clean, someone is always cleaning something, . Staff members are lovely ! Entertainment team 10/10 always make the effort, my daughter adored the woman who did the kids club, the waiters are friendly nothing is too much especially the guys down at the snack beach bar, they made sure I had a lovely birthday, even had a personalised birthday song and a cake made. deffo recommend having a cabana (does cost) for the day waited on all the time and a much better choice of cocktails, the normal cocktails are okay. Food in the restaurant can be hit and miss but they do cater for a lot of nationalities, try going to the snack beach bar for lunch if the restaurant doesn’t suit you, I’m picky but always managed to find something. Lots of stairs and the entertainment can be a walk from the nearest bar so take some drinks with you ! No complaints beautiful hotel and beautiful scenery.

My fourth visit here. Accomodation great and staff welcoming and friendly. It has a kind of magic atmosphere that is hard to describe but has something for everyone. Very clean, rooms are swept and bedding changed every day. Vesile in customer relations, works really hard to help people with any issues. Always smiling, asking if people need anything. A real credit to kadikale. Even in difficult situations she remains calm and professional.

This was our 4th trip to the this hotel and again it did not disappoint! All the staff from reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners are all exceptional. Special mentio to berk who in my time of need, when above and beyond to help. The animation team are second to none. Bruno, tarek, Nutella and all the gang are phenomenal! Always there to help, make you smile and just make you happy. The activities vary day to day bit there's always something for everyone no matter your age. Will sincerely miss everyone Roll on 2025

What a lovely and luxurious experience we had in the heart of the Bodrum peninsula. This is definitely a place we will visit again. Good food, drinks, beaches, pool and impeachable service. Anther amazing holiday! All staff are very polite and willing to help. Everything has changed since last year and looks amazing however i do feel the rooms need a make over. The animation team was fantastic with fresh faces. They was very upbeat and willing to help. Hope the team stays the same! Due our time away i got some bad news and the animation team was amazing. We have re-booked and look forward to coming back to our second home.

Great place to visit with family!. Lot of small pools for children, close to the sea. Hotel service was on high standard (despite the fact there were lot of visitors in the hotel we were always served on time and were ale to find a sunbeds, towels etc). Big thanks to Vesile for her support with Guest Visitors service and translations.

The hotel is good, but to be honest not for 5 stars. There are not a lot of food choices, however those that they cook are delicious. The rooms are very clean and they clean them everyday. Also the staff is very helpful and polite, especially Vesile in the guest relation is very kind and helpful. The biggest problem here is the WIFI, it doesn't work most of the time.

Hi. We were in this hotel with two children aged 11 and 13. The worst thing we have ever experienced in our lives was waiting at the reception for five hours for our room! A total of about 12 guests who arrived with us were waiting for us there. They changed into their bathing suits in the dirty toilets and went to wait in the pool. The reception staff were unpleasant, rude and arrogant from the very beginning, we had the feeling that we were unwanted there. The food was repeated all week, but it was good and everyone always chose, the service both in the restaurant and the cleaners were great. The room is always cleaned, only water is added to the mini bar daily. This hotel was heavily occupied by Polish guests who drank excessively and did not know how to behave, the staff did nothing about it. The hotel is by no means a 5-star hotel, but according to experience, a maximum of 3 stars. Absolutely nothing extra, we will never go there again.
