3 star budget accommodation when you just need a base. It was clean, water was hot, aircon heat was included, kettle for tea/coffee - a nice kitchenette, large balcony, breakfast was a delicious Turkish plate with lots of tea. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the main *****. The Best Part of the Hotel was the Family - we had a bit of a fisco with our car and they went above and beyond on a Sunday to get it fixed for us - for which we were very grateful. We will return the next time we visit maybe in the summer. Thank you Stone House Hotel for your Hospitality and assistance to us.

There was no negative aspect of our holiday, if you don't want to bother with small things it is a wonderful holiday place.
The only negative aspect is the constant chatter of the bartenders at the bar about getting tips and this constant chat

The best place for the hotel is the location. The price is not expensive. Although on the outskirts of the commercial street. But good parking. You can walk slowly to the beach. If you live in too, there may be traffic jams and it is not good. Hotel breakfast is Western style. Basically it is toast to make sandwiches. . It’s really vomiting to eat bread these days. The boss's mother sat at the door every day and smiled at the guest. Lovely. recommend

The hotel/apartment was absolutely phenomenal! It had very modern facilities and amenities. It was a clean and modern apartment. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows and quiet at night. Very nice shower. I loved the use of the oven in the kitchen as well as the washing machine in the bathroom. The grounds were kept very neat and clean. I had a lovely view from my porch. It is a bit of a hike to get down the hill to the closest grocery store and then to bring your groceries back up. Another disadvantage of the location is that it is difficult to get a ride from their local rideshare app. However, there are taxis in the area. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was professional and friendly!

The hotel is in a very beautiful location, the sea is magnificent, but the food quality and beverage quality of the hotel is very poor Isola restaurant can be preferred only for the view, but when it comes to Folie, it is a different world, officially the hotel was established for Folie 😎 On the other hand, the cleanliness and staff are superb But the price is too exaggerated when it comes to almonds and the food Le drinks definitely don't deserve it….

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious, clean, the sea view is very beautiful, they gave us 813 rooms when we first entered, but there was a confusion, then they took us to a different room, but when we went to take our belongings to the first room, there were others in the room, so the staff was a little inexperienced, apart from that, a very nice wyndham quality

Outstanding
AAndreIt is amazing to feel and see how much the employees like their job. The hotel is an oasis. The hotel cats in the garden are so relaxed.
The Tuti restaurant offers a beautiful view over Bodrum and the food is tasty and of good quality.
The pool looks good (never used, was all the time at the beaches). The hotel beach where the hotel offers complimentary transfer to, is nice but with 30min too far away.
As for the room. It is a historic building but all is kept up to date. Unfortunately I don’t like ground floor rooms. It has this „cellar feeling“.

AAnonymous UserI was very satisfied with the hotel.Location is good ( near Myndos Gate) .There is no “Sea View” but all the remarkable places are still in a walking distance! Food in restaurant is delicious and a little bit more expensive than in Bodrum common places!Service is good as well .A huge advantage of the hotel : Free of charge - SPA zone . Everything is included except massage & relax programs ! The only one minus which was observed in case if it was 5- star hotel the rooms were not spacious enough !!! Relation between price & quality of the hotel is reasonable ! I would definitely recommend it !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sade Pension Hotel in Bodrum, Turkey, in May 2024. Booked via Trip.com, this quirky boutique hotel truly offers a unique and delightful experience.
Situated just a three-minute walk from the oceanfront and bustling shopping streets, Sade Pension is perfectly located. Despite its proximity to food stalls, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, the hotel maintains a tranquil atmosphere within its own garden oasis. The serene environment makes it easy to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of Sade Pension is its friendly and outgoing staff. The owners and their team go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The boutique-style rooms are charmingly decorated with lots of colors, plants, and art, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. At night, the hotel comes alive with twinkling lights, and the garden terrace, where guests can enjoy free coffee and tea, adds to the magical atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a clean and well-presented spread. There are two hot dishes—scrambled eggs and a sausage dish—alongside plenty of cold cuts, cereals, jams, juices, and breads. One small suggestion would be to add yogurt to the selection, which would complement the already diverse offerings.
The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are kept clean. However, the bathrooms could benefit from a refit to match the charm and quality of the rest of the hotel.
Overall, my stay at Sade Pension was pleasant and enjoyable, and the price is fair for the experience provided. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy Bodrum's lively atmosphere while having a peaceful retreat to return to.

AAfieq MizwanA very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

GGuest UserDie Lage ist super, eigener Hotel Parkplatz und man ist Fußläufig in 5 Minuten an der Promenade. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach . Die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig ( hinter dem Kühlschrank Unterwäsche von einer Frau ) geht überhaupt nicht.
Das Personal bis auf einen Jungen Mann ( leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht mehr ) der sehr Hilfsbereit und super Freundlich war , alle anderen hatten keine Lust mehr, ok es war natürlich auch ende der Saison.
Es gibt einen großen Pool , das Frühstücks Buffet geht für 2 Tage, aber länger nicht. Die ganze Anlage ist in der Nebensaison ok , aber in der Hauptsaison herrscht dort wahrscheinlich das Chaos, zuviele Touris auf engstem Raum. Ansonsten wie gesagt sehr Zentral am Leben von Bodrum.

Just got back from an amazing stay at this beautiful resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is unreal—the views are absolutely stunning, and the vibe of the place is just so peaceful. Every part of the resort had that perfect touch, from the lush surroundings to the gorgeous beach.
The service was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and really made an effort to make sure I had everything I needed. And let’s talk about the spa—hands down one of the best I’ve been to! The treatments were so relaxing, and the whole experience felt so luxurious.
And having direct access to the beach? That was definitely a highlight. It was so convenient to just walk down to the sand whenever I wanted, whether it was for a morning stroll or a sunset view.
Overall, this place is the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. I left feeling totally refreshed and already looking forward to coming back!

GGuest UserA very decent budget friendly boutique hotel. First of all, this place was one of the cheapest decent options in Bodrum when I was searching. The hotel was beautiful, with bougainvillea climbing on the white buildings and flowers in pots around the hotel (although some pots were empty, as if the rejuvenation before the holiday season was only half done). The room was good sized, looking like newly painted, but not spotlessly clean. The aircon worked well. The bathroom was almost bad with an ill fitted toilet seat and dirty floor. I had to ask them to send the cleaner to clean my room, otherwise it’s not done. The pool was of a decent size considering the relatively small size of the hotel. The hotel was located on a quiet one-way backstreet. Walking to the marina took only around 15 mins. There were 5 parking spots in front of the hotel. Breakfast was bare minimum - a piece of cold meat, a boiled egg, two pieces of fried cheese sprig rolls, jams, bread, Turkish tea and instant coffee. But considering the price, it was acceptable. The staff were mostly nice and accommodating. There was just one person who stood out as a little unfriendly (bald guy, probably the manager or big brother of all the rest). The cleaning ladies could be a bit less aggressively noisy. The towels smelled of oil and that was understandable as the kitchen and laundry were opposite each other with their door’s always ajar. Despite these few minus points, I would still stay here again because of the affordability, relative convenient location, photogenic environment and (mostly) nice staff.
