The place they are located is very convenient, the rooms and beds are clean, the only problem is that some of the beds, like bed 5, it is right next to the door and when I open the door it is not easy to open the storage space under the bed does not open at the same time . The storage cabinet bucket won't lock even though I've used the lock. There are not enough tools for hanging clothes in the bathroom, so please bring your own plastic bags to prevent your clothes from getting wet, and the push-button faucet is completely inconvenient and water will flow out if you don't push it.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hostel is very clean, and the common area has a lot of character. Breakfast was very good for the price. Unfortunately the hostel is a little too big and noisy for my liking and I found it very hard to sleep. With 7 floors and 300 beds it's very busy. The door to the room squealed like a stuck pig and people kept going in and out all night long. The dorms are very small and had almost no storage so there was luggage all over the floor.

Location is good, just a few walk from the metro. Shared bathrooms are shared by floor, but separate gender, and toliet and shower. To be noted that you have to press the shower for like every minute to keep it flowing.

The facilities are convenient and clean. Overall, it was a good experience.

Perfect location, small rooms but comfortable bed. Great for a nights stay!

櫃台人員以及清潔人員溝通不良，前一天入住時，給了房號502的2&3床位，上去後才發現2已經有人，跟櫃台溝通後換成1&3位置共住三日，但到了第二日晚上時，1號位置的行李被清空至櫃檯，並且1號床位又已經賣出給新的房客....造成多方不便在第二天協調時，櫃台人員卻只會說這不是他做的決定，跟他無關

観光地の大名所リスボン こちらのホステルからだと歩いてコメルシオ広場やセニョーラ・ド・モンテ展望台など行けます。 ホステルは、ロビーやパブリックスーペースがとても快適でした。近くにスーパーもあるので便利です。 ベットは広々としており、1人１つずつベッド下に大きな収納スペースがあります。75リットルリュックも入りました。　バスタオルもあります。 ただ、シャワーに関してですが押しボタン式でとても弱**こだけが難点でした。とは言え、気持ちよく過ごす事ができました！

Beaucoup trop bruit que ce soit le soir ou le matin. Entre les jeunes qui le soir décide de parler dans le couloir alors qu’il y a une terrasse et le sèche cheveux des toilettes qui fait un bruit monstre. La chambre est très petite et le casier fait un bruit qui si vous êtes en bas vous réveille dès qu’on l’ouvre. Entre les colocs qui parle au téléphone non stop et les casiers c’était pas agréable. De plus les salle de bain sont petite et la pression de l’eau horrible. Pendant mon séjour j’ai pas laver mes cheveux car pas de pression. En gros à fuir sauf si vous voulez quelque chose de bien situé

Muito bom atendimento, bem localizado. Quarto espaçoso e cama bem grande. Impecável.
