Ulasan Ibis Coventry Centre

This is an OK hotel. It is good value for money and an OK location. It is Basic but you pay for what you get. The staff are very helpful and polite. The room is tight but manageable but don't expect anything great here.

What a horrible experience!! Every damn thing was dirty/ carpets filty No proper duvet- duvet sliding out of covers. It appeared nothing had been washed at all. Dirty stains on the walls. And i dont even want to start on those filthy curtains. Never ever staying again.

I was charged extra £10,- for checking in earlier, and over 20mins, they couldn’t get the air conditioner blowing cold air. I was quite disappointed overall.

Over all our experience was good, the service was fantastic. Staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities was what I expected clear and comfortable.

再次入住,因為近火車站. 跟三年前來的時候一樣,設施很好,服務也不錯. 早餐吃到飽飽.

嗯怎麼説 考文垂其實感覺沒有很好的酒店。這個酒店地理位置其實還行，離火車站近。但其實我當時是看了景點離它還挺近才定的。但是那個門口的馬路蠻危險的要走地下通道穿過去如果是導航的話可能會給你導到不是人走的地方。 第二個就是衞生條件，衹能説不要抱太大的期望，廁所蓋上有黃色的東西，淋浴上也有，床頭有灰，垃圾桶衹有小小的一個。空調是有點問題的衹在上面熱風下面就是冷的。我們找酒店多要了一床被子才睡好。主要就是衞生問題不太好。 前台其實還行，態度很好。但是不要指望房間裏面打電話，是沒人接的，他們可能在chat。

你們來住的時候記得帶牙刷牙膏，拖鞋。酒店裡麪是沒有的。還有礦泉水也沒有
