Fasilitasnya sudah tua dan tidak terlihat sangat bersih. Mereka check out jam 10:30 pagi dan tidak meninggalkan barang bawaan, tetapi semua hotel di tempat ini serupa.

Great location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. Would stay again though, the staff are all very good and the place is nice and clean.

Very welcoming to dogs. Excellent breakfast and top quality breakfast staff.
2very poor reception staff. 2 'mature, gentlemen on reception who had no regard for customer service. They were not interested in customers,not welcoming and did the minimum they could. They did not do justice to what otherwis is a good standard hotel.

Given a choice on the ******* website of a family room with a double bed and two singles or a double bed with bunk beds we opted for the former. When we arrived we had been allocated the bunkbed room. The room was extremely small and cramped with my son having to stand on a bedside cabinet to get to the top bunk. For the price paid this was very disappointing. The shower was temperamental and required assistance from the staff to master its operation. I have given the hotel an average rating. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. On balance I would not stay there again primarily because the room I understood I had reserved was not the one we got. Had I seen this in advance I would not have taken it.
