"Everything is good except the bed sheet, it kept slipping off after sleeping in. It's a flat sheet too small to tie down on the edge and corners. We asked the staff for help and we tried to do it ourselves but it was not fixable because the flat sheet is just too small to secure the bed coverage. The staff members are super friendly and they do try their best to help you. The spa in the hotel is also great. Overall the experience is beyond expectations. The location is also great and safe. "

"Although close to the main Blackpool promenade and amenities the location road appears to be rundown, as is the hotel. My room was plain and simple with a good shower but with outdated and old shower gel being topped up regularly that wasn’t pleasant, I resorted to buying my own. I question the fact that I was on the top floor as to the fire exits if the stairwell was blocked, the only window had a cable restraint attached with a long drop that would cause fall breaks, possibly a platform to drop on to to help escape. Overall, average, I was given a parking space with a registered ticket for the duration and own house/hotel keys which I appreciated. No breakfast was had due to my working hours but I was advised that I could have if required."

So it doesn’t matter. Yet. History. And now. Previous. Reviews on this hotel are showing my serious concerns are valid n real. I stayed here. 2/2/2025. - To 4/2/2025. The room stunk of Indian tskeawsy we had to go n get some frebreeze the towels old the wallpaper falling off mouldy. But worst n needs urgent attention BED BUGS I was bitten alive covered in bites. Had them confirmed. By a Pharmacist. The hotel. Not. Even bothered. About the distress. Alarm this had caused. The suffering mental n physical Just calming brushed. It off n total denial yet. Preview. Past. Reviews show this has been an ongoing problem. They need to address n fumigate. N treat. This is not acceptable. I need. Others to know. As I do not want them. Bitten. Line I was. So distressed. And sickened. And not even. A concern or an apology from the hotel. Please. Let this stay on. Here to warn others."

"The room is so spacious. Couple of gripes are i was unable to have a coffee as the kettle had seen better days and was really grubby inside. When we got out of the lift at floor 1 there was an overwhelming smell of ******** as if someone had been smoking it in their room. We just looked at eachother as it is a personal dislike of that smell. Its very distinguished and lingers - the smell remained each time we got out of the lift. Service was impeccable."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay (at breakfast, housekeepers and reception). Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. The only very minor issue was that the body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty, but it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again."

"We have been staying at the Belmont every August for many years now, and we have never had any problems with Cordelia or her staff who are always very friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble. The hotel and rooms are always very clean and the beds very comfy (always get a good nights sleep). I wouldn't take any notice of any negative reviews if it was no good we wouldn't keep going back."

Faulty lock on entrance door caused a few moments of concern when we couldn't get in. The hotel isn't seafront, so don't expect an uninterrupted sea view. Okay overall if it's cheap."

"We were in a premier room, 120- but the smell was horrendous. There was a very strong smell of rotten egg as soon as we left the lift. I think this could have been a drain issue. But it was all along the corridor. We had a group booking and most of the party were along this corridor. We reported it to reception and they said they just had the carpets cleaned. Sorry.. carpet cleaner doesn’t smell like that. We had to have the window open all night to try and drive out the smell (it didn’t work). Breakfast was nice in the morning but restaurant area could do with a massive clean, there was a lot of dust. Toilets in main reception area- there was no working lock. Parking- there was no where it said you had to reserve it, so we had to park on the street which was free and we got a space further down the road luckily. Location it is a bit of a treck to Blackpool central. Prepare for a good walk… although it is nice along the front. Personally I wouldn’t come back this hotel, there is nothing royal about it. The smell was really unbearable and I advised reception they need to take that room out of action really and sort whatever the problem is. As it’s unfair. Room was well presented and clean, however our friends in 117 the bathroom door didn’t slide to close and there was loads of cobwebs in the window."

"Having stayed there before, I always felt happy with the service and the room. The location is only a 10-minute walk from the Pleasure Beach resort. I stayed in one of their new Premium+ rooms, and despite not having a bath, it was clean, quiet and comfortable for my 3 nights. For a branded hotel, Premier Inn does quality very well, better than most budget hotels; the breakfast covers all and the evening menu was well thought out if you planned to eat here."
