Sikap yang sangat buruk saat check-in
Saya** tidak dapat menemukan nama tamu tersebut, namun saya tetap harus meminta tamu tersebut untuk membayar biaya kamar lagi. Akhirnya saya mengetahui bahwa kamar yang saya pesan atas nama rekan kerja.
Layanan semacam ini sangat buruk dan rasis.
Ctrip harus menerjemahkannya ke dalam bahasa Inggris dan meninggalkannya di halaman komentar hotelnya agar tidak tertipu oleh rekan senegaranya.
Layanan menjijikkan dari staf shift malam laki-laki yang mengerikan dengan sikap ******!

The staff were polite and friendly, the location was great as right near the arena. We were given a disabled room which was large and on the 4th floor as I requested a low floor. However, I had no sleep as net curtains up and blind didn’t pull down. Also, breakfast was fairly chaotic the next morning. You literally have to do everything yourself eg make your own hot drinks, roast your bread. I personally prefer it cooked to order or at least for them to bring you toast and coffee, which is what I’d expect for nearly £150 for the night. Overall, I think it’s overpriced and I would not stay here again!

It’s not a very attractive location which is far from the city centre. I hope that they can improve their food supply. The sausage was over frozen and food generally is tasteless.

We used this hotel as a base to attend a concert at the nearby arena. This hotel is a great location for that!
Reasonably clean and comfortable.
As it’s situated on a busy street, we were nervous about potential noise from the nightclubs and people on the streets, but our 11th floor room was very quiet.

Overall it's a good place to stay and there's a good city view. However, it may be sometimes a bit noisy since there are some bars nearby. They play the music very loudly during the nighttime. The towel in our room has some obvious stains on it that I'm not very satisfied with the cleanliness.
