Basic. Clean and tidy. Breakfast self service quite acceptable. Would consider staying here again

The staff were really friendly, the room itself wasn't very clean and the sink was leaking, toilet kept gurgling throughout the night and obviously can't be help but the location meant the night was very noisy.

Perfect spot when visiting Birmingham Walking distance to local bars and restaurants As most places can be defined by their staff I will say that here the staff greeted us with a smile and very helpful Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and slept well. At breakfast Neil was attentive In all I would stay here again

We 2 families came for midland air show and found travelodge to be very comfortable with family room and their facilities. Unfortunately this one doesn't have luggage keeping facility but thanks for Neil's hospitality and help, he helped us keep the luggage and also ensured that whatever way he can go ahead and help to have a pleasant stay. Even he didn't ask for the review but I went to ask and then he was shy to say so, bit really he made the difference from any other Travelodge stay. Thanks Neil.

This is might be number 10 or 12 times I am staying at Travelodge. I completely trust Travelodge to stay with my family for any city in UK. The breakfast is fantastic. Very good behavior by the stuffs specially Bert, Zhane, Neil. Will be happy to return here.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful. Especially Bert and zhane. The room was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good,a good selection and the coffee was well needed. we would definitely stay here again as it's so close to the city centre

The hotel reception, hallways, landings, corridors, stairs and our rooms were lovely and clean and fresh. The reception staff and breakfast staff, particularly Bert, were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast selection is really vast, fresh and filling.

Used this hotel to stay overnight before travelling to the airport the next morning. The location was perfect for exploring the Gas Street Basin area of Birmingham aswell as for food of varying cuisines with the canal only a stones throw away.

Very good service, Bert very helpful with our stay, very nice breakfast, really good nights sleep, beds were very comfortable. Everywhere was very clean, came in late and the stuff were very helpful in assisting us, lovely courtyard outside
